The restaurant is located on a steep hillside with a great view of Florence. Very friendly, attentive, and fast service. I had the ravioli with artichokes and Taleggio cheese (ravioli ai carciofi). The Taleggio cheese sauce was very tasty, but the artichoke filling could have been more flavorful. The T-bone steak was very tasty and good quality! For dessert, I had the chocolate cake – very fluffy and not too sweet. The mascarpone cream was also praised. However, for me, it tasted too much like cream. The red wine was an excellent recommendation. The wine list in general is very extensive and appealing, but overpriced! Reservations are recommended.

Fantastic, memorable restaurant and experience in Fiesole. Known for their Florentine steak but the memory was mostly the pasta which was outstanding. Highly recommended and worth the trip up from Firenze.

Absolutely an incredible Restaurant with breath taking views of Florence. The Road it’s on is very steep and will require some work to get to the restaurant and if your traveling with a stroller or someone in a wheelchair it will be very difficult to get to it but not impossible. Just be aware of this. The service was excellent and the food matched the ambiance and gorgeous view. We started off with a selection of salamis from Tuscany and Siena Cinta. Then we ordered the bistecca florentina and it was cooked to perfection and very good. We also ordered the egg noodles with black truffles which was one our favorite dishes from our whole trip. Tortello potatoe sausage plate, the Beef Fillet with Colonnata lard and black truffle, and the Ravioli with artichokes I dare to say the best out of our trip if not tie with the Restaurant in Rome named Mama e Coco. We finished off with the fantasy’s of Pastery that brought chocolate cake, puff pastry with strawberries, and the mascarpone cheese cream with coffee flavor thin biscuits and chocolate. All were delicious. Also keep waking up for an even better view of all of Florence. A very memorable restaurant. Oh and make a reservation by going to their website and sending them an email. It’s the fastest and easiest way.

Muy buena terraza con vistas a la ciudad de Florencia, buena materia prima y vinos de excelente calidad y precios variados, la pasta que tomamos muy rica. Reserva mesa si quieres terraza, tienen bastante gente

Si estás buscando el mejor lugar para disfrutar de una comida encantadora con una vista amplia en Fiesole, no necesitas buscar más allá de este lugar. Desde la comida hasta el servicio y el ambiente, aquí es donde debe estar. La Fiorentina Nobile estaba perfectamente preparada. Gran selección de vinos. Es un poco de una caminata por una calle muy empinada para llegar allí, así que recomendaría acceder en coche si eres un conductor intrépido.
