A welcoming restaurant serving traditional Milanese cuisine. The owner is friendly and available to organize customized menus for group dinners. In my case, he even reserved the entire upstairs dining room for us! Excellent value for money.

I went there last night with my family for my birthday. The dishes were beautifully prepared, the flavors truly delightful, and the dessert was truly delicate. My husband, referring to the dessert, commented, "I wish it would never end." The staff and owner were friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back!

It has become a very refined place... It was nice when Marco passed by the tables and told the story of each beer he served... Now the dishes are gourmet... Not very full last night I had 5 ravioli on my plate... good but then I was so hungry

Warm and welcoming place.
The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous.
All the food is good and well-prepared.
Let's start with the bread, which is my calling card...it's banal, but you often find damp, stale bread in restaurants...at Ratera, it's fresh and homemade. The risotto I tried with mushrooms was superb. The pan fritto (fried bread) and culatello (cured pork shoulder) were superb. The tagliata (sliced beef) with potatoes and Tropea onions was superb. The salad with chicory was superb. The dessert was also very tasty, and the house wine was absolutely delicious. Amaro (a bitter) was offered. The price was very fair: €45-50. Definitely worth a try.

It was a company dinner, so I can't really rate it. I had a decent meal, with two appetizers, a first course, and dessert chosen by the company. The place is nice, though, and the staff is friendly.

The place was very nice, and despite the crowds, it wasn't noisy. The menu wasn't particularly extensive, but everything we ate was very good, even if the portions weren't generous.
