A very charming place in a beautiful landscape. The menu is limited, as are the portions. Wine is served exclusively by the bottle. The service is fortunately rare, and never from the owner, who always arrogantly responds to our every request and encourages us to carefully read the menu!
The bill was steep, but the owner's professionalism comes at a price. There were four of us, motorcyclists, who regularly review places throughout the region, and we all agree on the above.

I also loved the "old Ramasse": the rustic atmosphere, Marco, who was "gruff" (😂) but friendly, the fixed menu, the atmosphere of a true mountain tavern, and the famous "baptism" at the end with the "zuccherini." It was a unique and super convivial place.
That said, we must also be honest: Marco and his wife Laura have been very good at evolving. After the move, a new, different, broader clientele arrived, and not everyone would have had the intelligence to adapt without losing their identity. But they succeeded.
Today, the service is more professional, you order à la carte, there's a carefully curated and informative wine list, but the heart of Ramasse is still there. It doesn't take much, if the table allows it, to rediscover the Marco of old, with his wit and his ability to create a special atmosphere.
We returned, bringing friends who had never been there before: they were thrilled.
We shared different dishes (all delicious), ate the entire menu, drank beautifully, and spent a day you'll never forget.
Change doesn't mean getting worse.
Here, it means growing while maintaining your identity.
And that's not at all a given.

A truly fantastic experience, with a one-of-a-kind owner, polite and charismatic like few others. We had a blast! As for the food, I have to say I loved the polenta with pork, but the one with sausage was also fantastic. You absolutely must visit this little place hidden in the mountains. It will fill you up and make you happy. 😁

Thanks Marco...everything was good. The company was wonderful, as was the live music (improvised), including the sugar cookies, which came out with a special christening. If you want to have fun, spend a different Sunday, and eat some good polenta, go visit Marco and his wife, whose name I can't remember.
