We stopped in this restaurant by chance and it was a pleasant discovery! The staff is infinitely exquisite, the owner is really good at recommending dishes to try and the food is really good. Highly recommended!!

In the center of the village, entrance and characteristic mountain environment. Good food, I particularly appreciated the cardoon pie and the wild boar tagliatelle. Less enthusiasm instead for the wine, which is very young, the polenta (the wild boar is excellent but the polenta is tough and has some lumps) and the desserts (we tasted the bunet, good but not homemade). Overall a nice place and good food, I recommend it and we will be back!

We had a great time. We were served very warmly despite our late arrival. The chef's discovery board was excellent. And the shank cooks very well. The perfect service. I highly recommend.

A lovely place, really good and generous portions. I ate the stewed deer with very special polenta, soft and tasty! I recommend it to anyone who likes this dish. We will be back!

Good Piedmontese cuisine; shame about the long wait (over 1 hour) even though we had booked, but it was still New Year's Eve...

Welcoming and informal atmosphere, excellent quality of dishes, reasonable prices. Satisfying portions and friendly, helpful staff. We chose to stop at the Quadriglia on the way back by reading the reviews on google and I must say that it went very well!

La Quadriglia, un ottimo ristorante e pizzeria nel cuore di Exilles. Cucina tipica piemontese per i sapori forti, pizza al padellino per quelli intermedi. Matteo è un ragazzo di vero cuore che crede nel suo lavoro. Se passate da Exilles fermatevi a trovarlo. Consigliato!

Laghetti Wine & Food

14/01/2024: Let's start from the end: the bill, excessively salty for the dishes consumed. 100 euros for an appetizer, a plain pasta for a 2 year old child (12 euros!), two second courses and dessert. At lunch. A single glass of white. Very limited portions. It would have been adequate given an exceptional location and service, but this is certainly not the case. Sin. A wasted opportunity to leave a good memory.
16/12/2023: Una coppia chierese DOC che riscopre la propria bella città, i suoi colori, le sue luci, i suoi silenzi, i suoi sapori ... Il tutto in un angolo della piazza magico, che fa stare bene ... pochi coperti, coccolati dal proprietario-chef-cameriere-tuttofare ... piatti curati, una carta dei vini incredibilmente ricca. Il tortino di mele e cannella ci immerge poi nel clima natalizio ... Consigliato!
