A very nice wine bar, but the separation between restaurant and wine bar isn't very effective. As a wine drinker who isn't a guest in the restaurant, you're a bit of a second-class guest. However, the canapés are very tasty, and the wine is also recommended; a bit more friendliness and attentiveness from the service staff wouldn't go amiss.

We were at this restaurant recently and the experience was truly excellent. From the first moment you can feel a welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail, with an elegant but not pretentious environment. The staff was kind, present at the right time and above all extremely qualified: each dish was explained to us with passion and competence, adding value to the gastronomic experience.
The menu offers a selection of Italian dishes made with high-quality raw materials, carefully chosen and enhanced by refined but authentic cuisine. Each course is a small journey into taste, where tradition meets sophistication: well-balanced flavors, careful presentations and just the right portions.
A special mention goes to the selection of products - you can feel that nothing is left to chance. From cured meats to cheeses, from homemade pasta to desserts, everything is prepared with love and competence.
A restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation to those looking for a true Italian culinary experience, where every detail is designed to enhance the quality of the food and the pleasure of conviviality.

Pasta with a watery sauce, very dry and flavorless dessert (chocolate and amarone). Expensive for the quality, and even very expensive for the quantities served, both for the dishes and the wines. Very good setting and staff.

Giunti nella magnifica città del Palladio in occasione di un mercatino vintage, ci siamo volentieri fermati a mangiare in questo locale seguendo le recensioni su Trip Advisor. Decisamente non ce ne siamo pentiti: inizio sontuoso con antipasti di cicchetti (nel locale li chiamano “spunciotti”) , cioè fette di pane croccante condite con deliziose combinazioni. Ve ne sono tantissime, di terra e di mare, e io sono andato trionfalmente in seconda! Ne ricordo alcune: melanzane e bufala, soppressa (il tipico salame veneto, fresco e poco stagionato), coi porcini, crudo e bufala, porcini e porchetta… Sono irresistibili, e solo il pensiero del primo piatto ormai in dirittura di arrivo mi ha fatto desistere dal continuare! Ci siamo poi deliziati coi bigoli al ragù d’anatra e la sfoglia di baccalà mantecato, entrambi piatti tradizionali del vicentino. Il tutto generosamente accompagnato da un buon Prosecco (e trovarne uno buono è già cosa rara). Conto sugli 80 euro.

Serata molto piacevole, dedicata alla degustazione (alla cieca) di importanti vini rossi italiani, con interessante confronto fra Amarone, Barolo e Brunello di Montalcino. Come sempre ottimi i piatti preparati dallo chef Mirko Ghitti
