24/02/2025: The friendly staff, clean rooms, everything perfect. I will definitely return

18/02/2025: I couldn't explain why some people had left less than 5 stars and in fact in a review I read that they had recently changed management. My stay took place last weekend (February 2025, therefore new management). The experience deserves much more than the 5 stars that can be assigned, everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff at Villa Palma were extremely kind, courteous and helpful, always with a smile and we were treated really well. The place is easy to find, the navigator takes you to the entrance of the structure and there is a large reserved and free area where you can leave your car. We were delayed in arriving and appreciated the interest in being contacted to find out if and when we would reach our destination; the reception was open until 11pm so even arriving after dinner we were welcomed and accompanied to the room. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the bed was really comfortable, we were speechless... what a luxury! Bathroom equally clean, really large. We stayed for just one night and the following morning we enjoyed breakfast, adding a negligible amount compared to the quality offered. Not only the rooms but the entire structure appears to be truly elegant, unfortunately we did not have time to explore the outdoor spaces but it seems like a very suitable location for weddings or photo shoots Without a doubt when we return to the area we will stay here again.
