The Primitiva is off the charts!
There's an overwhelming passion for the product and attention to quality details. The dough has perfect flavor and texture, and the extra kick comes from the vegetables from the owners' garden. You'll find the "classic" pairings, but let the guys suggest something for you! They always try and nail the delicious combinations.
We had a great time from day one and are now regulars 😅

Some of the best pizza I've had in Italy. Perfect stop after a winery. I recommend the fig pizza! The dough had a nice crunch but was soft inside and the quality of the ingredients/ toppings were incredibly fresh.

La pizza in teglia di questo locale si distingue non solo per la qualità superiore degli ingredienti, ma anche per l’attenzione dedicata alla ricerca delle farine. Oltre a una selezione di prodotti freschi e verdure coltivate direttamente, la varietà di farine utilizzate è una delle peculiarità più interessanti: vengono proposte a rotazione miscele diverse, frutto di uno studio accurato alla base. Questa scelta permette di assaporare impasti ricchi di personalità, dal sapore autentico e sempre nuovo, capaci di sorprendere anche i palati più curiosi.
Da tempo frequentiamo abitualmente questo locale e, oltre a trovare sempre nuove sfumature di gusto, sono stato conquistato dalla cordialità e dalla simpatia di Omar, Elia e Manuela: il loro approccio caloroso rende ogni visita un’esperienza ancora più piacevole e familiare.
Altamente raccomandato, soprattutto a chi ama il mondo della pizza di qualità.

The pizza in a pan at this place stands out not only for the superior quality of the ingredients, but also for the attention paid to the search for flours. In addition to a selection of fresh products and vegetables grown directly, the variety of flours used is one of the most interesting peculiarities: different mixes are offered on rotation, the result of careful study at the base. This choice allows you to taste doughs full of personality, with an authentic and always new flavor, capable of surprising even the most curious palates.
We have been frequenting this place for some time and, in addition to always finding new nuances of flavor, I have been won over by the friendliness and sympathy of Omar, Elia and Manuela: their warm approach makes each visit an even more pleasant and familiar experience.
Highly recommended, especially for those who love the world of quality pizza.

The pizza is simply extraordinary: the dough is light, fragrant and digestible.
The ingredients are always fresh and of quality.
It is a family-run pizzeria, and the welcome is one of its strong points, they make you feel immediately at home.
