During our vacation in Umbria, at the recommendation of friends, we went here not once, but twice for dinner. The first evening featured a truffle-based dinner, while the second was a themed evening, with a Spanish menu featuring sangria and paella. It goes without saying that the quality of the ingredients and the sourcing of the finest ingredients are unparalleled, and Maurizio's savoir-faire makes you feel at home even in such an elegant and refined setting. We'll definitely be back!

It's not the first time that my family and I have gone to eat at the provost's office and it certainly won't be the last. Wonderful location, expertly cooked dishes and excellent service. Unbeatable value for money.
