Very nice and nice restaurant. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars because the waitress was a bit off-putting. Thanks to the other waiter, whose kindness and sense of humor saved everything.

Highly recommended for those near Assisi.

Located opposite the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, this restaurant offers high-quality, traditional cuisine.
We had lunch here and were treated wonderfully by the very friendly staff.
The top-quality local cured meats were sliced right at the counter in front of us, a touch of authenticity that added to the experience. The homemade pasta dishes were delicious, and the wine selection was excellent.
In short, La Pregiutteria is a must-try for anyone visiting the area.
I recommend trying the local cured meats and watching them being prepared at the counter. For wine recommendations, don't hesitate to ask the staff.

Quiet place, very friendly and helpful staff.

We went for lunch today. Excellent place. We had gnocchi with prosciutto ragu, prosciutto-filled ravioli with fondue and truffle. Tiramisu. Everything was delicious. The staff was helpful, attentive, and, above all, cheerful. You can also buy produce. The price is fair for the quality. I recommend it.

Consigliato dall'hotel dove alloggiavamo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità nonostante ci fossimo presentati in prossimità dell'orario di chiusura. Prodotti di ottima qualità con opzioni senza glutine. Il personale ci ha fornito inoltre consigli perfetti su altri locali per le successive tappe dove abbiamo degustato piatti tipici altrettanto eccellenti.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per le recessioni lette; tuttavia a ns gusto e parere la qualità l'abbiamo trovata nei salumi - che abbiamo apprezzato - mentre gli altri piatti e il vino alla mescita non ci è piaciuto. I piatti - primo, secondo e anche i dolci - nn avevano sapore.
Riteniamo sia locale da turisti; ragion per cui non lo consigliamo.
