What can I say, every time I'm in Assisi it's a regular event. Nice place with very kind and fast employees. Good selection of beers and wines, good food but the first prize goes to the cured meats. Spectacular!
I highly recommend the culatta, with a sweetish flavor with hints of walnut. Irresistible, I can't wait to try it again.

From the outside you might think it's just a tourist place with commercial quality... It's not like that.
Here they know how to work and have excellent products.
Very short chef... Gnocchi with raw ham ragù really superlative.
Spectacular raw ham filled tortelli... Let's not even talk about the taglio served with torta al testo... Very good

Magical, characteristic restaurant. Wonderful staff, excellent products. Ask for Francy, she will welcome you with a smile and advice on what to taste. Missing a lunch or dinner here is a real shame!!!

We were there without reservation the first day and lucky enough to get the table. In two days in a row we tried variety of their menu. All the dishes were amazing, prepaird with love and very quality local ingridients. Waiters does their job with smile and with lots of knowledge about local food. What a secret gem this place is.. Thank you..

Sono stato a cena ieri sera. Tutto ottimo, dai salumi che direi eccellenti ai primi cucinati molto bene. Ho potuto gustare un antipasto di Norcinerie eccellenti. Plin di Zucca e i Tortelli con Fonduta ugualmente buoni. Locale molto carino, personale gentile e attento, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo per la materia prima offerta.
