We had dinner at Pregiutteria during our stay in Santa Maria degli Angeli. The tortelli are fabulous, and all the main courses were sublime. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and the staff is extremely kind.

Located just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, it offers high-quality cuisine. I recommend the local cured meats platter and the sliced ​​beef. Excellent selection of wines, including by the glass. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In this restaurant, everything is perfect, from the reservation to the bill. Everything is arranged like clockwork. We visited several 'ristorante' before finding this one. We came here three evenings but it was a real pleasure each time. Everyone does their job perfectly, a man, at the carving, if you want to taste hams and salamis, the waitresses and the waiter do not have a minute to themselves because the restaurant is always full. And what about the cooks, these workers in the shadows, each dish was a treat, everything is well proportioned, seasoned,... This allowed me to reconcile myself with the real truffle, whereas at home, dishes presented with truffle, but only the aroma is rather sickening, even for other diners. Thank you to our waiter Francesco, who was good at giving advice, very kind and helped us with our language. If you come to the region, come here without hesitation, you will not be disappointed. Perfect location and a very welcoming place. Francesco was incredibly kind from the moment we called, and his table service was impeccable. The food was simply excellent. We ordered a platter of truly delicious local cured meats and cheeses, sliced ​​in front of us by a friendly gentleman whose name we can't remember... followed by tortelli with Parmesan cream and homemade gnocchi with ragù. The bread was delicious, accompanied by fresh olive oil, and to finish, tiramisu and dry biscuits. A special mention also goes to the girl who served us the wine. Very kind and attentive. Divine food, warm and friendly welcome, beautiful setting, all in rustic style, very good wine selection. Definitely worth returning. I recommend the pork ribs, they were sublime.
