13/08/2025: An exceptional experience. We've been there twice within four days, first to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and then to bring our parents since they'd heard so much about it. It's impossible to say anything bad about Provalo.
The staff is friendly, always smiling and never says a word out of place. The boss, who takes orders, is incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful, and describes the dishes in such detail and emotion that you can tell he truly feels like he loves them.
Of course, if you go to Provalo, it's not just for the staff. The FOOD is simply fantastic. So many delicious treats that you'd want to come back every day just to try them all. They also have several GLUTEN-FREE dishes. The boss was quick to point out that they don't have a dual kitchen, but that where they cook gluten-free, there's no cross-contamination with gluten-containing dishes.
Another very positive note: the place was completely full, but the wait was practically non-existent; they were incredibly quick.
I can only recommend it to everyone and we will definitely see each other soon, very likely on August 15th since they are also open that day and they don't have a special menu, but everything à la carte like on any other day of the week.
11/08/2025: We went as a couple and ate the classic mutton skewers, vegetarian and meat bruschetta, and cheese selections accompanied by various jams, all exquisite and carefully served. The place was very nice and welcoming, with super friendly, helpful, and polite staff. Finally, they offered us a limoncello and an amaro. I paid around 30 euros. Truly very satisfied.
