Excellente cuisine. Focaccia excellente. Planche de charcuterie traditionnelle vraiment très bonne. Pasta à la carbonara sublimes. Service impeccable accueil sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement la Pratolina.

Im writing this while eating here at the actual place, this is by far the best pizza i’ve tried. Im a tourist coming from the US, there is nothing like this in my country. I would rate this place 10 stars if possible.

Nous avons voulu nous installer sur les coups de 12h15 en terrasses mais le personnel nous a dit qu'il n'était pas prêt, qu'il fallait revenir d'ici 15min. De retour, une autre personne nous dit que ce n'était pas encore possible, nous avons donc eu la patience d'attendre 13h ou nous avons enfin pu nous installés sur la terrasse ! Je n'ai pas trouvé cela très commerçant car ils auraient pu au moins nous servir à boire pour nous faire patienter. Malgré cette mauvaise impression, le service s'est ensuite très bien passé, le personnel très agréable. Les repas étaient très bons et surtout le tiramisu en dessert. Nous avons très bien mangés.

Owner really very kind, friendly and helpful. I recommend the Roman Pinsa rather than the usual pizza. There are various Pinsa choices on the menu so you will be spoiled for choice, plus there are twister chips and "Pop Mix"; a mix between chicken nuggets and hash browns (potatoes). Quality at a very fair price. You just have to try it to believe it😊✨

If you don't let the simple decor put you off, you can get the best Pinsa.Bid every last bite is crispy and very nice service. We'll be back!

Ristorante La Rosetta

17/12/2024: During our vacation in Rome, we found La Rosetta and it was a total success. The fish is incredibly fresh, as if it had been brought in from the sea that morning. I tried the spaghetti alle vongole and my wife enjoyed an exceptional raw sea food. The staff was very friendly, even with our 5 year old daughter, something we always appreciate. The elegant and cozy atmosphere made us feel special. A must-see place for lovers of good fish!

26/12/2024: Excellent raw materials. Absolutely worth trying.
19/12/2024: Meeting period, I start walking around a bit to look for a restaurant closer to Fiumicino, where my colleagues and I were staying, I find this nice and well-kept little restaurant with few seats and with excellent reviews. Very right choice, excellent quality of raw materials, well prepared dishes, super level of meat. Kindness and courtesy are at home. Next meeting will be my first stop.
