sufficient, but if I go out for dinner in Maremma I expect much more, high prices in relation to the quality and flavor of the food, take nothing away from the managers (kind and helpful), but there is better

Classic restaurant for tourists in the center of Magliano. We took the tagliatelle (very good) and the wild boar hunter style which however turned out not to be up to the standard of the Maremma tradition. Prices are decidedly high in relation to how you ate.

Service was okay, not very accommodating though. The food is very expensive and in my opinion not really worth it. Of course the food tastes nice but they come in small portions for horrendous prices. Im really sorry, but I just can‘t recommend.

Ristorante sulla via principale di Magliano, offre un giardino privato molto carino. Il servizio in linea di massima è stato positivo, probabilmente tanti aiutanti e pochi camerieri, più volte ci è stato detto che non potevamo chiedere a lei/lui ma dovevamo aspettare la cameriera che era indaffaratissima. Quando comunque veniva al tavolo era molto preparata e gentile. Il cibo tutto buono, in particolare il ragù di cinta senese, veramente super. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, anche se vista la zona e paragonando con i prezzi locali il conto è stato sopra la media.

03/03/2025: Unfortunately, you only notice the quality once you get home... Mediocre pizza... how can you, pizza chef, see such "stuff" coming out of the oven and allow it to be eaten? Do you confirm? The only explanation I give myself is that mediocrity is the ingredient you use to make things. The dining room customer pays the same as the take-out customer, if I was there, I would have sent it back to you. Anyway, I ate it because I was hungry but the rubber tires the jaw after a while.
02/03/2025: Driving in the night, we stopped to get something to eat. This was during the off-season and there were very few customers inside. Friendly and kind as we navigated the language barrier, we ordered food to-go. Did not use the hotel portion. Clean, with a menu and several options.
