An excellent culinary experience at an AIC restaurant.
We started with a generous traditional appetizer made with high-quality ingredients. The first course, fresh pasta with "poor" fish, was the highlight of the meal. We finished with a delicious mixed fried calamari and shrimp with julienned carrots and potatoes. It's a shame we didn't get to try the desserts...
The prices were absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes.
The staff was impeccable.
We can't wait to return to Viareggio!

I had lunch at this restaurant with my daughter, who is celiac, and I was completely satisfied. I found the table service and the atmosphere to be good and welcoming, but above all, the quality of the food was excellent. The menu offers a variety of exclusively gluten-free and vegan options, including both seafood and meat, as well as amazing pizzas and desserts. As I told the owner when I congratulated him when it came time to pay the (fair) bill, it's definitely the best gluten-free restaurant I've found to date. RECOMMENDED +++

We had dinner with friends with gluten intolerances. We had mixed crostini, one first course each, and one dessert each with water. I'd say everything was delicious. Pasta, bread, and desserts were all gluten-free. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options like seitan, vegetables, and the use of different flours like buckwheat, teff, corn, and chestnut.
They also have regular meat and fish options, mushrooms, and truffles, all at reasonable prices: appetizers from €12 to €20/24, first courses €10/12, second courses €18/25, and homemade desserts, which were plentiful. Dogs are welcome; they also have a small white dog they keep in the dining room; he barks a bit, but not bothersome. I recommend it.

Highly recommended from start to finish. Super friendly service, and all dishes and desserts are gluten-free. The selection is huge and the value is absolutely top-notch. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.
We've already reserved a table for the next evening.

Un posto semplice ma non trascurato, personale gentilissimo e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato pizza senza glutine e piatti di pesce. Tutto di alta qualità. Veniamo un po’ da lontano ma ne vale veramente la pena. Torneremo. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta di possibilità (vegana, vegetariana e gluten free). Accettano cani, non si può chiedere di più! Bravi! Complimenti!

Ho trovato questo posto perchè sono celiaca e ne cercavo uno adatto. Questo ristorante è il TOP. Cibo ottimo e varietà di scelta. Peccato non averlo scoperto tempo fa, super consigliato. Prezzi giusti. Ps. La focaccia che offrono è spaziale.
