Ottima cena a Varese con ingredienti ricercati e piatti particolari! La degustazione di antipasti è molto originale e ti permette di scegliere tra tante alternative! Io ho provato il loro Tataki di tonno, la battuta di fassona e il loro tipo vitello tonnocciolato. I plin all’anatra fantastici! Lo consiglio

Everything delicious from the first to the last course. I recommend the marinated salmon, it melts in your mouth and the mixed pasta with potatoes, truly exceptional! The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Excellent experience from booking (with specific table request) to the bill. Very good food with the right choice of dishes. Good choice of wines. The only thing I didn't really like was the dessert: the millefeuille didn't seem homemade. Truly recommended!

Safety in Varese. Rubìtt's trio is worth trying. Delicious cold cuts. Excellent service, friendly staff. The internal courtyard is wonderful especially in summer.

Siamo stati benissimo. Finalmente, tra i tantissimi ristoratori o simil ristoratori che si inventano tali, un posto dove si mangia veramente bene. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente.

I Panigacci

21/03/2025: The location is not easy, but the road to reach it is worth it… The selection of meats is excellent as is the selection of wines. It is actually a simple restaurant but you eat and drink with quality. The service is simple but effective and the prices are not cheap, but adequate for the quality. I recommend it!
09/03/2025: We went to this restaurant attracted by the house specialty, the panigacci, which were actually good, even if some were a little too burnt. The meat had its ups and downs: the ribeye didn't particularly impress us, while the fillet with green pepper was well done and tasty. However, the polenta with bruscit was disappointing: there was more water than meat on the plate, and paradoxically the bruscit were also very dry. Overall, the experience was mixed, with some successful dishes and others definitely worth revisiting. Prices rather high compared to the quality offered.

06/04/2025: Food was awesome, which is why I ate the pizza before even taking a picture. The service is fast and they are open until late.
05/04/2025: Amazing pizza (around 8 -10 euros) and a great bar (beers from 3 euros)! The place is cozy and beautifully designed—perfect for a night out, whether you're with friends or on your own. The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, making me feel like right at my neighborhood bar! We’ll definitely be coming back!
