Excellent meal, excellent service. A little gem nestled in Varese. A table of 12, and everything arrived at the same time, hot, and the plates were all empty. Nothing to complain about.

After hearing good things about it from friends, we decided to spend one of our friends' birthdays here... what can I say, everything was perfect! I ate a piece of fassona as an appetizer (I think one of the best I've ever eaten) and some delicious garganelli with diaphragm ragù! Super recommended! Everything was really excellent starting from the service, the food and the environment.

Ottima cena a Varese con ingredienti ricercati e piatti particolari! La degustazione di antipasti è molto originale e ti permette di scegliere tra tante alternative! Io ho provato il loro Tataki di tonno, la battuta di fassona e il loro tipo vitello tonnocciolato. I plin all’anatra fantastici! Lo consiglio

Excellent experience from booking (with specific table request) to the bill. Very good food with the right choice of dishes. Good choice of wines. The only thing I didn't really like was the dessert: the millefeuille didn't seem homemade. Truly recommended!

Everything delicious from the first to the last course. I recommend the marinated salmon, it melts in your mouth and the mixed pasta with potatoes, truly exceptional! The staff was also super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Safety in Varese. Rubìtt's trio is worth trying. Delicious cold cuts. Excellent service, friendly staff. The internal courtyard is wonderful especially in summer.

17/07/2025: Nice atmosphere but nothing exciting; the back room was very hot, and they wouldn't let us open the window. The food was average, good pizza, but prices were above average. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. I'd say it's an average place; given the price, I'm not sure we'll be back.
10/07/2025: I agree with the positive reviews: elegant and also informal location, terrace and interior, quality food as a family, enjoyed various appetizers and grilled and beef fillet ... excellent all well served ... we were there in the evening at 9 pm during the week and we had a good time ... entrance and in the back part of the restaurant. As for the prices, our opinion is that they are in line with the quality of raw materials/quantity/ therefore in line ... we will try the pizzas which look varied and inviting ... therefore recommended!

18/01/2025: Very good pizza; staff very courteous and attentive to children: their pizzas always arrive first and at the end of dinner they give them chocolates as gifts.
