Amazing experience. This is a MUST try, it’s excellent food and worth a visit (and a drive). The food was creative, delicious and local, the staff was friendly and spoke perfect English and they graciously navigated a dairy-free and gluten free option as well as 2 vegetarians in our party, not an easy crowd dietary-wise, and their ability to do this with no issue was very much appreciated! Best meal we’ve had in Italy so far!

My girlfriend and I had dinner on Wednesday evening...we had the chef's tasting menu, and it was truly delicious. Quality ingredients, unique flavors, and a beautiful location surrounded by greenery. Everything was fantastic, we'll definitely be back!

A quiet, green location, a quality restaurant in every sense of the word, from the chef who carefully prepares his dishes, where you can see both passion and extreme expertise, to the staff who know how to make guests feel at ease. Value for money: 10! We'll be back soon.

We've been looking forward to returning to La Posta del Poeta all year, and once again we were delightfully rewarded. The food, service, and ambiance are all fantastic. The chef conjures up a haute cuisine menu, all perfectly coordinated. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Tuscany; I highly recommend it.

Located in the middle of nowhere, in a beautiful country house. There is no menu, depending on the season the chef offers 6 courses with ingredients of the moment. I am vegetarian and my partner is lactose intolerant. They adapted the menu to our needs. Quiet and informal atmosphere, everyone is very nice. Excellent house wine.

We have just been to this restaurant. Although initially the fact of not choosing but relying on the chef's proposal left us a little hesitant, we had a sublime dinner, they asked about our intolerances and the chef created dishes for us. Excellent food, abundant and more than fair price. The service was also impeccable, the very patient waiter even endured the invasive presence of our big dogs without getting upset, and at the end of the dinner the chef stopped at each table to find feedback on his work and for an informal chat. Highly recommended place!

La Posta del Poeta is one of those restaurants where you immediately feel at home, but with that touch of magic that only true passion can give. The menu is essential but carefully studied: a few proposals, all unique, that tell the hand and mind of the chef. It is not one of those places where you choose randomly, but one of those where you let yourself be guided and trusting the chef was the best choice. A round of applause for the girl in the dining room, professional and attentive, always with a smile and ready to explain every detail with expertise. But the real added value was the chef, who came to the table several times to tell us about his dishes, with eyes full of passion and love for what he does. An authentic experience, that goes beyond simply eating well. A place where I will definitely return. Highly recommended to those looking for sincere cuisine, impeccable service and an atmosphere that knows how to excite.

Un diamante en medio de la nada... el chef tiene pasión y fantasía. Puedes probar un menú “sorpresa” sugerido por los ingredientes frescos disponibles ese día y el resultado es una bonita experiencia emocional. Muy buena bodega con vinos de alto nivel no solo de la Toscana. Al final de la comida el chef “inventó” un Gelato Parmesano hecho y servido a solo 15 minutos... Gran pasión, lugar tranquilo y curado, cocina muy muy interesante, ambiente agradable y refinado.
