Beautiful tasting experience in a "loose" farmhouse in the countryside. Very suggestive and well-maintained external environment. Tasting menu 35 euros (excluding drinks) with 3 starters, 1 first course, 1 second course and a dessert, all a surprise and for me all gluten free: Eggplant and wild boar meatball, delicious Very good tartare Spectacular egg with black truffle Pasta with stracchino courgette pesto and Tropea onion - good Pork belly with chianti reduction and fry very good For sweet coconut tiramisu while for me a delicious Chantilly cream with apple and coconut A good 🍷 Chef Giuseppe. What a delicious meal we had here! There is no real menu. There is only the 5- or 6-course menu put together by chef Guiseppe. Before the first course, we were politely asked about allergies or dietary requirements. The very friendly waitress, who spoke excellent English, also indicated that a course can be adjusted if you do not like something. We had a 6-course dinner for which we paid 35 euros per person. The price-quality ratio is exceptional! The chef's creations were truly delicious! With each course a nice explanation of what you are being served. There is also an extensive wine list with beautiful bottles for a reasonable price. After dinner we had coffee/tea with a grappa or rum on the house. All this in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. In short, if you want to be wonderfully surprised for little money, then this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

We came across this small, hidden restaurant by chance. The concept of this restaurant is unique, you can choose between 4-6 courses from the tasting menu, the selection changes monthly and is seasonal. Of course we decided on 6 courses. It was excellent! The first three courses were starters and they were our absolute highlight!! Fabulous, we felt like we were licking the plates clean because it was so tasty. Every course was explained to us in detail. We also think it's nice that the chef went through the tables and asked if we liked it. If we come to Tuscany again, we will come again 👍🏼

Veniamo alla Posta del Poeta da ormai molto tempo e tutte le volte si riconferma un ristorante dall'atmosfera rilassante/romantica con un'ottima cucina. Il menù è a sorpresa, composto da 6 portate (3 antipasti - 1 primo - 1 secondo - 1 dolce) con piatti scelti dallo Chef, dove all'inizio viene chiesto se sono presenti intolleranze o allergie. Sicuramente uno dei migliori ristoranti qualità/prezzo del Valdarno! Da provare assolutamente!

We have been coming to the Posta del Poeta for a long time now and every time it proves to be a restaurant with a relaxing/romantic atmosphere and excellent cuisine. The menu is a surprise, consisting of 6 courses (3 starters - 1 first course - 1 second course - 1 dessert) with dishes chosen by the Chef, where at the beginning you are asked if you have any intolerances or allergies. Definitely one of the best quality/price restaurants in Valdarno! Absolutely worth trying!

Pleasant location. Well furnished and clean environment. Excellent service and welcome. Tasting menu at 35 euros with 7 courses. Fresh and quality ingredients. Balanced combinations and beautiful plating. Free parking in front of the restaurant. We recommend it without any doubt.

A restaurant with a very interesting tasting menu propelling you into the heart of the Tuscany! The staff speaks a little English: have some basics. Great consistency in the dishes, except dessert!

We had our holiday home next door. Of course it was clear that we had to test the restaurant. There is no real menu, but rather a multi-course menu that is selected by the chef. This means you can try out several dishes at once, all of which, without exception, tasted great and were lovingly prepared. The price is €35 per person. For a 6 course menu, more than fair. We will definitely go back a second time.

Tutto eccezionale Dal proprietario al cameriere. Menú scelto dallo chef...ogni portata un esperienza. Uscito dal locale non avevo nessuna pesantezza....qualità cibo eccellente!!!
