Service was merely professional. Unfriendly, lacking in friendliness. The fish dish was very good, but the pasta with pesto was greasy. Spritz and Negroni were very good!

Once you reach the top of the Corniglia steps, stop for a taste of Ligurian cuisine at the Posada. You'll enjoy a cool rest under a pergola, overlooking the bay with a distant view of Manarola. Corniglia has other restaurants in the center, but the view from the Posada is unique. A snack here and off you go. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed a tender octopus salad and excellent trofie with pesto.

Lovely atmosphere, welcoming and friendly staff. The food is absolutely fantastic. A magical evening. Anyone who comes here is making a fantastic choice.

The view is to die for but the food maybe even more so. I can't remember exactly the pasta I had but it's lemon based pasta. I've never had a pasta this good yet. The lemon is not overpowering, pleasantly delicately accompaniment to the fresh pasta.

Great spot. We experienced wonderful service and our meals were great. The caprese was fresh and yummy, but not the best we’d been spoiled with in Italy and didn’t need the dried herbs with the fresh pesto. Based on other reviews and photos, we expected the Trofie al Pesto to be served with some shaved Parmesan on top, but instead we were given a small satchel of parm which was a little disappointing. That said, the pasta was among the best we’d had in Italy. The regional pesto and Ligurian speciality of green beans and potatoes elevated the dish. A highlight for sure. We also had the pistachio cream pasta with raw red shrimp and it was perfect. Prices were aligned, the owners were lovely, the service good and the food terrific.

A very nice restaurant with excellent service! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the tranquil sounds of a café del mare and a waitress with a very friendly smile. Even without a reservation, we got a table for two on the terrace below the main restaurant. A fantastic view! For starters, we shared the stuffed mussels in tomato sauce – highly recommended! For mains, we had the spaghetti with tomato sauce and mussels. Delicious 😋... a little more seasoning wouldn't have hurt, in our opinion, but that's just our taste. If you're really hungry, be prepared for the unfortunately rather small portions. The price is reasonable for the quality you get. We were happy to pay the bill because the service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We'd be happy to come back next time we're in the region 👍

very nice food, I got pesto pasta with potatoes and beans. It was nice and fresh. For fried seafood, try one from a cone in Vernazza instead of going to a restaurant like this one

The best place to stop for a drink or lunch after the steps. Pleasant atmosphere and excellent views of the coast.
