Great service and food. Friendly staff, stopped on my way through town, outdoor seating was perfect. Highly recommend.

I took a group of 12 there, and we had a great time. The staff was patient and helpful, the food was delicious, and the portions were just right: some dined on just one dish, while others, feeling hungrier, ordered two or three. I had the Chianina beef tartare with quail eggs, which was very flavorful and tender; the mixed salad, rich and plentiful; and an excellent cantucci parfait with a Vin Santo reduction. Everything was delicious and served in more than reasonable time, considering the large group and the fact that the rest of the room was also full. Lovely atmosphere, friendly and relaxed. Well done!

Went for dinner last night and it was truly amazing. As it was a Saturday we called in advance. Inside was already fully booked, but they had tables available outside, which was perfectly fine for us. Our English-speaking server Alessandro was very kind, hospitality-driven and sincere. He did an awesome job making our night lovely. We had the Ravioli with ricotta and spinache in sage butter & Pici al ragû as starters; definitely recommend! The pasta was phenomenal. As main course we had the beef sirloin with oil of herbs and pork cheek (super tender and melted on your tongue!) Both served with mashed potatoes and ordered baked potatoes with rosemary as a side dish that were also sublime. We wanted to go for a dessert, but we were so full already! So we will definitely need to come back to try out. I had wine per glass and Alessandro served me a delicious Merlot (which they normally serve per bottle) as per his recommendation - fantastic! Last but not least: the owner Stefano, he was so nice and had a lovely chat with us (as they were also closing within 15 minutes) and offered us to join a complimentary digestive, very typical and local, Amaro, which we drank together with Alessandro, another server and Stefano himself inside the restaurant as a thank you. It was so wonderful - it made me want to write this review with great memories and love. Thank you again for the amazing hospitality and you run a fantastic osteria! Excellent restaurant and fast service! Delicious and authentic dishes! The only negative was the dessert, which unfortunately wasn't as good as everything else.

Good, kind, and knowledgeable. Excellent food...fresh and plentiful. Prices are slightly above average, but worth it.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, excellent service

Unremarkable. We scouted the restaurants and settled on this place for lunch. Our meals arrived far too quickly to be freshly cooked. It was ok. The service was good but let down by the kitchen. Sadly, not worth visiting but the village is great.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorantino caratteristico. Ottimo il servizio . Qualitá del cibo top. Tartara di Chianina con uovo di quaglia e fiorentina top!! La carne era talmente morbida e buonissima che si scioglieva in bocca Assolutamente approvato e consigliato.
