Small and nice restaurant. We note the refinement and study of flavor combinations in the dishes and the search for top quality raw materials. Worthy of note are the CBT cuttlefish with artichoke cream and bottarga and the Carnaroli with saffron “Cerchi nel grano”, red prawn, lime and liquorice. The desserts were excellent although the mousse served while waiting was so sensationally frothy and delicate that I would have ordered more. The kind and courteous staff welcomes you with simplicity without being intrusive and satisfies all the needs, even of a celiac. The price is adequate for the study and processing behind the dishes and correct for a refined restaurant. I will return to try other dishes.

Everything is very good and cared for but be careful with the maitre d', she offers you things outside the tasting menu without letting you know that they are off the menu, the result: a high bill and a sense of annoyance. Read the menu carefully which unfortunately is only digital, another aspect I personally didn't appreciate.

The food and raw materials are certainly of excellent quality. The dining room staff is attentive, kind and prepared. In my opinion the environment is a bit gloomy and the tables are too small and close together. It also seems a little expensive for the overall experience.
Beautiful experience with harmonious dishes perfect synthesis of balance, flavor and sensorial imprinting. We arrive welcomed by the very attentive and friendly girl who receives us for the coat storage. The refined and elegant mise en place starting from the coasters and ending with the refined and tasteful silver crumb tray. Every bite of whatever course was an implosion of refined tastes and of unbeatable freshness and quality.
Pampered throughout my stay by the girl in the dining room who was attentive to every need, discreet and meticulous in describing what she brought to our plates! Chef Augusto himself, no less kind and professional, explained the various dishes and ingredients used to us.
