La Porta Antica In Brescia

Outstanding seafood restaurant on a Michelin star level. We had the raw seafood platter with amazing choice of red and blue prawn, tuna and other delicacies. Saffron risotto was simply from another plane. Exceptional choice of champagnes and Franciacorta bubblies. This is going into our “must try” list. You can stay close by in the Franciacorta in one of the many amazing boutique hotels.

A place characterized by a simple and elegant atmosphere at the same time. We went to LA PORTA ANTICA to celebrate our anniversary and were pleasantly satisfied by the reworked dishes with quite a bit of originality. We opted for the tasting menu "August thinks about it" and it was the best choice we could have made because we had the pleasure of tasting different courses, each better than the other. Thanks to the staff and the chef who did not fail to demonstrate their kindness, competence and professionalism. Worth the price, absolutely! Wonderful food, and a great host who helped us with the right choice of food, definitely worth getting out of the Centre of Brescia for. We first had a fresh seafood platter and finished with a great risotto with safran and shrimp. Definitely a great choice. On top of that they have a great selection of wines

It’s unbelievable! Everything was delicious.

A cuddle made of quality, refinement and courtesy. The raw fish platter is absolutely worth trying. Risotto with liquorice and excellent red prawn. I allow myself a flaw in saying that there was little air circulation in the overall environment. The closing with small pastries and top sherry!

After numerous views on web/social portals I decided to visit for lunch with one of my collaborators. We were pampered by impeccable service and also largely satisfied with the cuisine. Absolutely worth trying

Delicious fish dishes, fresh, tasty, excellent combinations, not at all obvious 5 stars for the quality of the dishes... very intimate environment perhaps even a little too much, service ok. I will definitely be back, overall great experience.
