Excellent quality and an interesting culinary experience Absolutely not to be missed

I was here for dinner with my partner. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, and the service is very professional and courteous. We tried the tasting menu, and I must say that each dish had a clear identity, from the welcome, to the linguine with eggplant, baby squid, and bitter cocoa, all the way to the grilled panettone with salted chocolate wafer and zabaglione, which pleasantly surprised me. We'll definitely be back.

Had dinner at this restaurant on December 13. Expectations were high, but unfortunately, they weren't quite as good as they were. I enjoyed the appetizers and the first course: linguine with chanterelles (which I thought were porcini mushrooms), the second course: dark brown trout with cocoa, which was disappointing: the flavors were completely disconnected... Rating: 5. The dessert: cream curd, which was good, definitely better than my variation, which seemed pre-packaged. I'm very disappointed because I believe in young people and their potential, but I don't recommend it and I definitely won't be returning. Also, the atmosphere in the restaurant was a bit tense... Aren't we all nicer at Christmas?!

Very refined dishes, but less extraordinary than they appear aesthetically. It pains me to touch on the price, which I rarely comment on, but in this case... definitely too high for everything.

The "Non mi basta" tasting menu was truly a delicate and interesting culinary experience. I loved the prawns with the fabulous buffalo mozzarella mousse and the linguine. The dessert and petite pâtisserie were a true delight. The staff were extremely kind and professional, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.

Chef Augusto is a master at preparing fish and meat dishes, and every course is a masterpiece of flavor. The quality of the ingredients and attention to detail are reflected in every dish. I highly recommend trying the specialties on the menu; you won't be disappointed!
