Everything is very good and cared for but be careful with the maitre d', she offers you things outside the tasting menu without letting you know that they are off the menu, the result: a high bill and a sense of annoyance. Read the menu carefully which unfortunately is only digital, another aspect I personally didn't appreciate.

The food and raw materials are certainly of excellent quality. The dining room staff is attentive, kind and prepared. In my opinion the environment is a bit gloomy and the tables are too small and close together. It also seems a little expensive for the overall experience.

Beautiful experience with harmonious dishes perfect synthesis of balance, flavor and sensorial imprinting. We arrive welcomed by the very attentive and friendly girl who receives us for the coat storage. The refined and elegant mise en place starting from the coasters and ending with the refined and tasteful silver crumb tray. Every bite of whatever course was an implosion of refined tastes and of unbeatable freshness and quality. Pampered throughout my stay by the girl in the dining room who was attentive to every need, discreet and meticulous in describing what she brought to our plates! Chef Augusto himself, no less kind and professional, explained the various dishes and ingredients used to us. Highly recommended

EXCELLENT AND OF QUALITY I have been there several times for dinner and it has never disappointed me, the raw meat is really special, very fresh and of superior quality as are all the other dishes, SUPER wine list and excellent service. Chef Augusto's cuisine is very practical without sacrificing a certain sophistication. The seafood flavors present on the menu are enhanced by the use of ingredients such as liquorice and chocolate to create a rounded and satisfying experience. Perfect service and remarkable comfort inside the restaurant. Staff helpful and attentive to customers. More than recommended.
