Ristorante classicissimo della tradizione milanese, elegante e caldo, in zona Viale Certosa.
Dentro sembra una casa di campagna, legno scuro, camino, giardino interno, apparecchiatura classica, perfetto sia per le cene formali di lavoro che cene più informali tra amici.
Ho scelto dal menu milanese (scritto in dialetto), i mondeghili (molto buoni) e successivamente un fantastico risotto alla milanese con salsiccia, gustosissimo e cremoso.

My customer recommended this restaurant for lunch to us. It was build up about 100yrs ago. Interior was classic and food was nice but not big enough for me. I ordered Veal with Tuna sauce. Delicious but not quite impressive.

Out of the way but a friend who grew up in Milan recommended. Was worth the trip from city center. Old school classic dishes. Did not disappoint. Had lunch outside where tables are set up on the grass. Lovely

Incredible place, from which you can feel a burst of Milanese culinary tradition (Lombard at times) and to which is added the beauty of the internal planted garden.
We ordered a tartare and a Milanese cutlet with a side of potatoes. The cooking seemed perfect and the potatoes were excellent. We accompanied the two second courses with the bread basket, which also included a very greasy and wonderful focaccia. I chose a glass of Ribolla Gialla.
As for desserts, we ordered zabaglione with biscuits and a sbrisolona with ice cream, served warm.
The restaurant was well kept, clean and tidy.
Furthermore, all the waiters and (I think) the owners were very kind and friendly.
Also suitable for children.

A place to go to try but also to rediscover true Milanese cuisine. We ate inside, very elegant but eating outside on their terrace is certainly an experience. Really good cutlet and traditional desserts. Impeccable service.

The environment is nothing special, a little dated as far as the food is concerned, the mondeghini are good but then I had a cutlet and it was really tasteless, nothing exceptional on the average of many other places

Excellent traditional Milanese restaurant located in a quiet area, easily reachable by car or public transport. We all ate the classic saffron risotto with osso buco and were fully satisfied. To conclude, I had the eggnog with biscuits, which always brings back fond childhood memories. I then discovered, through their IG profile, that they have "historical-cultural dinners" every now and then. Next time, I'll try to participate. The atmosphere of the restaurant is perfect for every type of customer, from a group of friends to a group of colleagues, from an engaged couple to a family. There is also a beautiful garden for outdoor dining in the summer months.

Ristorante carino anche se un po’ old style ma con un bel cortile interno. Servizio gentile. Cibo buono ma senza eccellenze. Cantina dei vini ben fornita. Prezzo un po’ alto.
