This pizzeria is the mirror of the neighborhood. The 5 stars above all are for the overall consistency. The pizza is the best in Gratosoglio. (Unfortunately the pizzeria in Via Gratosoglio had the first place for a short time when there was a change of management with a pizza chef who came from Turin. Then the old and terrible management came back.) The pizza has a light and digestible dough. It is crunchy and thin. It is always well cooked and well made. I have also tried the steamed ravioli with shrimp made by the Chinese pizza chef several times. Very good! The management is spartan but super courteous and very attentive to customers, this despite the fact that the clientele is not the easiest. It is enough to behave with respect and you will receive respect. The kitchen also offers other Italian dishes that I will definitely try. In any case, this place is a sure thing. It is always open, you always find kindness and availability. The price of everything is super honest!

02/09/2025: We went for lunch. Maybe we chose the wrong day, maybe dinner would be better. I don't know. The fact is, we found the cutlery dirty and the staff was too hasty, though still very, very kind. As for the kitchen menu on paper, I found it a bit sparse. There was no children's menu. We asked for pasta with tomato sauce for the kids and they told me that if the chef doesn't make pasta with tomato sauce for everyone that day, he won't make it. So, we settled for two delicious pizzas. We ordered gnocco fritto with cured meats. After a while, they told us that the gnocco fritto was sold out, and if we could have had a focaccia, they basically brought us a pizza without any toppings. So, as for the rest of the kitchen menu, there are very few starters, and if you want a risotto, you have to order it for two people. I ordered a full dish of the day, a first course, a second course, and a cover charge. Maybe I didn't understand, but I got a single dish, like a canteen dish. Aside from the daily menu, I find the food prices a bit high; a €15 first course is a bit too much. The desserts are delicious; I'll definitely be back, but only for pizza, which is very good.
