Siamo stati in questo ristorante a conduzione famigliare per festeggiare una laurea e i commenti sono stati unanimi: “dobbiamo ritornarci subito!” Pietanze prelibate cucinate con prodotti scelti e di stagione. Una cucina che non fa compromessi con il fake ma solo prodotti di qualità e gusto preparati divinamente. In sala la signora è di una gentilezza disarmante. Incredibile mangiare del pesce di così alta qualità a Monastir. Eccezionali!

Family atmosphere, small but welcoming and very clean place. What about the kitchen? Excellent mixed appetizers, expertly cooked fregola alla pescatora, mouth-watering fried foods. Excellent house wine from the Santadi cellars and the Seadas a worthy conclusion to a top-notch dinner. The owners are really nice and know how to advise you and make you feel at home. See you soon

Best place in Sardinia, there is no history, beautiful place, very nice waiters, chefs and also the customers and then the food... what crazy food, really delicious, I recommend the scampi ravioli, really good like few things in the world. Generous portions and you can enjoy it

I came across this place through a dear friend of mine, small and welcoming place, good service and very friendly staff. I ate some first courses including tagliatelle with sea lemons which was a surprise for me, I thought they were forbidden, I ate them raw as a boy and I must say they have a slightly particular taste that not everyone may like but they were not bad, sublime instead spaghetti, clams and bottarga were made really well.....to be returned to try other specialities.....

We are loyal customers of the Pitrizza restaurant, especially of the owners/spouses Luciano and Luciana. Today, Sunday 11th August, we went to visit them and taste the fish-based dishes which, as always, are prepared with accuracy and professionalism. Heartfelt congratulations, especially because you made us feel not like customers, but like family. Absolutely worth trying. Thank you.

Piccola trattoria tipica sarda che offre un vasto menù di pesce, sia fisso che alla carta. Porzioni più che abbondanti e prezzi super onesti, decisamente sotto la media. La proprietaria molto simpatica ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ci ritorneremo!

But the La Taverna di Castello restaurant in via Barcellona in Cagliari, among the many that I have tried in the surrounding streets, comes very close, indeed very close to perfection!! Starting from the appetizers, to the first and second seafood courses, nothing is left to chance. Succulent and abundant portions, with the possibility of eating either inside the restaurant in a rustic and well-kept environment, or outside where, with the temperatures still warm this autumn, it is still pleasant to stay outdoors. The owner is very hospitable, professional and at the same time very attentive to the customer's needs. Imagine that, while waiting for our table to be free for dinner, he joined us with a nice prosecco to make the passing of time less burdensome. Location, food, service, hospitality at the top! 07/12/2024: Exceptional discovery of Hostaria Via Aemilia, a typical Emilian restaurant, spoiled for choice! I had dinner with two friends, one of whom was from Modena, and she was really impressed by the excellent tortellini. We tasted: - fried gnocco with 30 month old Parma ham and squaquerone - meat tortellini in capon broth - Pumpkin tortelloni with porcini mushrooms - Double yolk tagliatelle with ancient recipe Bolognese ragù, cut with a knife, with selected Bianca and Mora Romagna meats (SlowFood Presidia) - Valsamoggia mascarpone cream with pieces of Barozzi-style cake - Homemade ice cream with roasted peanuts and salted butter caramel Everything was really delicious and according to tradition, a welcoming place and a truly kind and professional service.
