A nice, well-kept place. The lady serving the tables is very kind and attentive, suggesting typical dishes. Her colleague is also very friendly and attentive. The service is excellent and fast, the pizza is very good and cooked well without burning. I was really impressed by the quality and atmosphere of Pinseria Viale Europa. It is rare to find a place that combines taste, hospitality and attention to detail so well. The pinsa is simply exceptional: the dough is very light, well leavened, fragrant to the right point and digestible even late at night. You can clearly perceive the use of selected and quality raw materials. The menu offers a surprising variety of pinsa, from the timeless classics of Margherita to more creative and gourmet combinations, all well balanced and never exaggerated. Each pinsa is freshly prepared and served hot, with a scent that conquers you as soon as you arrive at the table. The staff is courteous, smiling and very professional. They welcomed me kindly and were available to explain the various ingredients and to advise based on tastes. The service was also fast and efficient, despite the place being quite crowded. The environment is modern but with a warm and familiar touch, attention to detail and very clean. Ideal for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. Also appreciated is the possibility of ordering take-out or home delivery, perfect for enjoying a quality pinsa even at home. Ultimately, the Pinseria has become one of the favorite stops in Messina. If you love pinsa or simply want to try something different from the usual pizza, this place is absolutely worth a try. Kudos to the staff for their passion and professionalism!
