Truly delicious pinsa: tasty and light dough. We were also looked after by Valerio, a super nice guy.
We'll definitely be back.
A note about the pinsa tour: the menu doesn't specify whether a cover charge is included, and we were charged separately for the water, which is listed as included in the cover charge. (So, an additional €2 for water and €2 for the cover charge, making it a total of €4 extra.)

The pinsa was delicious (so many flavors!) and very easy to digest. I've been there three times already and it's always been good. The staff is very kind and friendly.
I returned recently (after three years), and it's always good. In fact, it's thinner and more pleasant. There's a smaller selection of flavors, but more importantly, I found the service a bit awkward without cutlery. Better that than free water.

A dinner with friends in the heart of Rimini's historic center.
The pinsa? Simply delicious: light, fluffy, yet pleasantly crunchy.
We chose a Margherita sbagliato with burrata and basil pearls: a perfect balance of freshness and authentic flavors.
To toast the evening, a selection of beers 🍻: a draft lager, a red, and a white—each with its own personality, just like us.
And last but not least, the sweet pinsa: zabaglione cream with berries and caramel… a perfect sweet finish.
The place is cheerful, modern, and super welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening filled with conversation among friends.
A great experience!

First time here, the pinsa was excellent and the service was fast. The only downside was that it was so cold we had to eat in our jackets.
For a €2 cover charge, I probably expected the heating to be on.

We stopped in before an evening meeting for a quick bite. The food was amazing. And the people working there super sweet. I would absolutely recommend them.

Decent pinsa in a simple, no-frills place. But the prices, in my opinion, are high for the quality of the product. On average, a pinsa costs more than 10 euros...too much.

Fantastic food (both main and dessert) and very nice staff, even in English. The music taste also deserves a mention - loved it! 10/10 recommended.

Delicious pinza, crispy and full of top-quality ingredients.
We got the vegan version and it really surprised us.
Very fast and friendly service.
Excellent value for money.
After a year, I still have a great impression, although I have a small complaint about the quantity of ingredients on the pinza, which has slightly decreased.

Plenamente recomendable.
