An unforgettable scenery with a lot of revisited traditional meals, even if sometimes less focus on revision and more on original taste would improve the experience.
A suggestion: slightly slowing down on service speed may be an added value (the waiter was really too eager to remove the plates as soon as possible).
We stopped at this restaurant by chance, and I have to say we had a great time. The service was excellent, fast and attentive. The place is beautiful both inside and out. The à la carte menu has excellent dishes. I don't know why, but we tried the €13 tourist menu. It's nothing special, and I can't give it more than 4 stars. I think everything was pre-prepared, but from the menu and the other diners, I could see the dishes were beautiful. Next time I come back, I'll stop by and try them.

Siamo capitati per caso perché alloggiavamo a pochi km. Eravamo titubanti perché si trattava di un ristorante pizzeria, noi abbiamo optato per la prima scelta e devo dire che non ci ha deluso, anzi. Porzioni abbondanti sia per i primi che per l'agnello scottadito, contorni molto buoni. Forse non riprenderei il tagliere di salumi e formaggi per il rapporto qualità prezzo ma siamo stati molto soddisfatti, persino del vino della casa. Personale estremamente gentile ed educato. Grazie

Soggiornando a Monterchi troviamo questo ristorante molto carino e, avendo la fortuna di trovare posto nonostante le ferie pasquali, non ha deluso neanche il cibo! Pici e scrigni di anatra molto buoni, galletto e guancia ancora di più! Dolci invece niente di memorabile. Servizio veloce e cortese, prezzi poco sopra la media ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.
