World-class pizza, fantastic grilled pistachio pizza, and phenomenal hand-cut fries. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is courteous and professional. Aurelio deserves special mention. He enthusiastically and thoroughly extolled the local products, recommended the exceptional Nutella and orange pizza, and shared his homeland's traditions with us. Aurelio deserves top marks for his professionalism, friendliness, and empathy. A top mark for the food! Highly recommended!

I have to say, the pizza was delicious. The place was busy but lively, perfect for spending an evening chatting and sipping an excellent beer. I recommend making a reservation.

La Taverna del Sole

20/11/2025: A large and spacious venue, ideal for all types of guests, from receptions to group dinners. It also offers more romantic tables. We went as a group. The food and wine were excellent, the service excellent, and the price was fair considering the excellent wine we ordered.
28/10/2025: Highly recommended restaurant, very friendly staff and really good value for money.

Casa Rispoli

15/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner at Casa Rispoli. A very welcoming and charming restaurant in the center of Cava. We opted for the five-course seafood tasting menu for €75. The bruschetta with raw shrimp was very delicate on the palate, while the fried calamari was too oily, as was the seared tuna. The pasta was a very positive note: the tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lemon were truly excellent. Service was average.
