La Piccola Trattoria DA ME In Roma

The place is a bit small so if there are many of you or you have small children it's better to go elsewhere. The owner is a very kind and polite person who treats customers in a familiar manner. The dishes they prepare are typical of the old-fashioned Roman trattoria and are very good. The value for money is excellent... I recommend it!

Discovered by chance today for lunch with my wife and a couple of Umbrian friends who are therefore accustomed to good food. It was a great surprise, the place is small but full of healthy Romanism, both the environment, the food and the very kind staff. Being a family business, it maintains popular prices. Authentic place where you find the dishes of the day on the blackboard. Remember to book. All very good and very quick, on my next trip to Rome I will definitely return!

It was the first time I came to this small restaurant which intrigued me a lot. As soon as I arrived at 12.30 the owner told me that only outside space was available. I was about to leave when 2 really nice guys offered to give me a seat inside and sit outside. The place is very nice, the place, even if small, conveys a warm and pleasant atmosphere, typical of the family places of the past, which are now increasingly rare. The menu is displayed on a blackboard (very convenient for getting an idea straight away). I had a cacio e pepe, really plentiful, better than others I've tasted in other places, the meatballs, very soft and some sautéed chicory. The price? A very pleasant surprise. The service is quick. I will definitely come back here, will count it in my favourites.

Excellent food, homemade. Friendly service, you spend little and eat well. I will definitely come back. It is essential to book a little in advance because the place is small with very few seats.

Super good, genuine, great prices, beautiful! Be careful with the portions though, which are quite inconsistent - sometimes 120g of pasta, sometimes 70 :)
