La Piccola Oasi In Asciano

12/03/2025: A nice restaurant in Buonconvento. As a welcome there was no bruschetta but a slice of bread with ricotta and sweet red wine onions. For the starter I had a tartare and for the main course there was a half-fried tuna with sesame and vegetables. Both were really tasty. The strawberry decoration on both plates was a bit too much, as two such beautiful dishes don't need any decoration in my opinion. The others had seafood pasta - delicious, zucchini risotto - also great and ricotta ravioli - delicious homemade dough. For dessert there was a very rich chocolate pudding and a tiramisù to share. 04/03/2025: Chef da me conosciuto ,invitato a provare la sua carbonara ,mio piatto preferito ,devo dire che era eccellente ,paccheri cremosi con quantità notevole di guanciale ....perfetta ! Poi proseguo con la quaglia ripiena ,davvero gustosa ! Servizio impeccabile ,grande Barone ! Proprietario alla mano ,unico neo , è dell'Inter ! Consigliato ,provate !
