Una delle pizze senza glutine più buone che abbia mai mangiato. Sono andata a cena in questo ristorante/pizzeria con degli amici che non sono celiaci e sono rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi e decisamente soddisfatti. Se volete mangiare una pizza gluten free che ricordi, come sapore, quella con glutine, questo è il posto giusto per voi. Tantissimi complimenti alla cuoca.

My wife has been celiac for about two months and we wanted to try this restaurant-pizzeria with the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the offer, which is truly vast. Once you scan the QR code of the menu you access a very wide variety especially of pizzas, but also the other offers certainly do not leave you indifferent. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The service is made up of young girls who are always available and smiling. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely recommended!!

The pici cacio e pepe are excellent and also the sweet pizza, both the Nutella and mascarpone one and the Nutella cream and coconut one, are really excellent.

Ottimo in tutto, perfetto per i celiaci, cucina OK, da migliorare la pizza, ovvero il sugo, unica pecca di questo posto, il sugo della pizza forse più dolce che salato. Nel complesso comunque ottimo!

04/07/2025: My children said it was the best dinner they have ever eaten, the cacini were delicious, the pizza was the best, really good
30/05/2025: Family run restaurant that has the BEST pizza. Even the pizza crust that they serve with EVOO and herbs is to die for. We had Pizza Margherita and the Pizza Jenny and loved them both with a half liter of great house white wine. Note they don't use as much basil on a Margherita pizza in Italy as they typically do in the US so don't be disappointed. Olga and Pasquale are lovely hosts. This was our second visit during our trip to Colle since we liked it so much. Planning to do the Via Francigena next year so we'll be able to return again since the VF passes through Colle.

Bar Belvedere

29/08/2025: A very welcome and unexpected surprise, truly well done! Update August 28, 2025: I 100% confirm what I said previously, 100% satisfied across the board. For the past three years, every visit to Montalcino has been exclusively to Belvedere! Thanks to Simone and his team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen!
21/08/2025: Very quiet place, well located, and with great views. The food was also very good.
