28/03/2026: I'm still at the table. Unfortunately, people these days take everything for granted. I ate with a colleague; we're coach drivers. The spaghetti or garlic and oil was good, the Milanese and fries were classic, but what really took me back was the lemon veal cutlet. Simply perfect, just like my grandmother and mother used to make. With a side of a masterpiece of mixed salad, a carefully balanced mix of vegetables, peppers, celery, and fennel...
