A family from Partinico. We came to Caltagirone as tourists and tried this restaurant. It was truly excellent, everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the meat melted in your mouth, and the atmosphere was very clean and beautiful. A fantastic experience, we'll try it again.

The restaurant is in a great spot in the Caltagiorne’s old town: it is well-known place. They make fresh pasta daily, as you can really taste. We tired fresh pasta with pumpkin vinegar and mushroom; and beef tagliata. The pasta has a nice balance of contrasting flavors; and tagliata came with basil sauce and Parmesan pieces that give it a great final touch.
We ended the meal tiramisu and pistachio panna cotta: both tasted fresh and homemade.
The ambience reflects the city’s character with local decorations.
One interesting thing we noticed that many restaurants here serve fish as a main ingredient even though the city located in the mountain- unexpected but charming detail.

I stayed at their B@B, a very clean place with an amazing smell, the room was much larger than usual and considering this I wanted to try their restaurant... I did well, a very nice place, the mixed meat was very good and the pizza was exquisite and well-seasoned. The owners were also very kind... definitely a place to return to.

Typically Sicilian, simple and delicious dishes, rich in tradition, aromas, and flavors. The staff is friendly, like family. It was recommended to us by Maestro Morales.

One of the best restaurants in Sicily
After three weeks of cycling across Sicily, I've tried so many restaurants.
Thanks to two very kind people, a plate of pasta and a delicious dessert, all handmade, I definitely recommend it!
