Normal, but extremely crowded, unlikely for those with office hours.

Good product for a quick break that becomes very fast if you spend the whole time with the incessant alarms of placeholders of more than 30 people ordering and waiting for their purchase. I'm sure that in 2025 there will be another way to notify the customer that the order is ready, at least a vibration. There are seats and it is assumed that there are also the conditions for decent usability.

I finally tasted a proper piadina. Real good

The wraps are well made. It seems trivial to say this about a fast food chain, but I've also had piadinas with undercooked or overcooked dough; these were right. The environment is standardised, but I liked the mezzanine floor of this place.

Good quality ingredients, but a little expensive in my opinion. The cashier was kind and patient, although he could barely speak any English and the menu was only in Italian which is why it was hard to navigate through the menu and order. The place has also a second floor, if the ground floor tables are occupied so there is plenty of space to sit.

The girl with the colored hair as well as being cute 😂 alone managed to serve 30 people at the kitchen counter and the Glovo drivers who arrived, she certainly deserves a nice review and an invitation to the owner of the place to increase the staff, have a nice evening
