I was there yesterday, I asked for a whole wheat piadina, the piadina dough is delicious! Maybe I just chose the wrong ingredients. However, it is rare to meet such kind staff.

12/10/2025: Visited the restaurant yesterday evening. The best our gastronomic experience through traveling the Puglia. Impeccable service, tasty dishes (especially beef tartar Gravina-style and L’Uovo dessert), cozy and relaxing atmosphere… Would definitely come again, if we’re ever in Gravina again. Highly recommend! Greetings from Ukraine :)
