La Piadineria In Milano

As a fast food it's not bad, the flavors of the piadine are very assorted.

I've been eating here a few times now, very good piadinas, well filled and very friendly staff!

I have been to different piadinerias in Milan and never paid attention but at this one I had to wait for my order for a while and had time to see how they work. They were in two. One works in front at the cassa and the other in the kitchen but they both touch the same objects like stapler and money and cassa and then they go into the kitchen not washing their hands, to prepare the order where they take the ingredients with bare hands ... It was disgusting. I don't think I can come back to piadineria again...

Service too slow for a lunch break. More staff or at least more totems for self-service ordering would be needed.

First and last time. I took the Piadina San Francisco with the addition of pepper and courgette cream but it was full of lettuce and almost nothing else, you could barely taste the salmon. I forgot to take a photo. Nutella piadina without Nutella as seen in the photo. There was only one guy doing everything
