Ordered in advance from the app for 1.50pm-1.55pm, arrived in time only to still have to wait until 2.10pm. The functioning of reservations needs to be reviewed.

It is a chain that has existed for several years, in this store the piadinas are good. There are tables to sit at which I have always found a place. The difference for me is the service, it depends on who you serve. During the lunch break a couple of times, I found myself feeling ill. Uncourteous people behind the counter make the difference. Last night, however, I thank Anna and her colleagues very much because they were very kind and precise in preparing, serving and taking orders. I would return just for them.

The dimensions of the wraps and rolls of this chain are decidedly smaller than others. Even the filling of my roll I can't say was poor but not as satisfying as in other places. A little small place, ok for takeaway, ok service.

25/05/2025: Arrived specifically from Reggio Emilia, welcoming staff and excellent service. The food is quality and the chef is very skilled. The place has a splendid view and I recommend everyone to come.
