La Piadineria In Marcon

I went to this piadineria for the first time today, I had heard of it but nothing more. I must admit that the price initially made me hesitate - it is certainly higher than the classic street food piadina - but the quality of the piadina was worth every euro. The dough is light - the weight is given only by the ingredients you decide to put in - cooked to perfection, with a balance between crunchiness and softness that is rarely found. The strong point, however, are the ingredients that demonstrate a selection based on their quality and the refined combinations, they never seem forced. The staff is courteous and quick in carrying out their work - we waited less than 10 minutes - and the environment is simple and clean. In short, it is not the "everyday" piadineria, but when you want something really good, authentic and prepared with heart, this place is a guarantee. You pay more, it's true, but you leave really satisfied, with the feeling of having tasted something special and had an experience.

The piadina is always excellent and perfect. The salad is very meager for what it costs. Better to stick to the classics

Every time I go shopping, I can't miss a stop at the Piadineria

The best piadineria in the province of Treviso and Venice. I ate a delicious piadina, full of filling, with kamut piadina. The girls are very courteous and helpful.
