The product I ate in this place is average compared to all the other restaurants in the same chain. The problem is that the quantity and quality of the ingredients has decreased a lot compared to a few years ago (piadinas almost empty inside) and the price cannot be justified in any way. Too bad, because it's not just one point of sale. A positive note is the staff, who however are kind and friendly.

19/01/2025: Ancient structure very well restored. Very nice and welcoming rooms. Beautiful summer dining outdoors overlooking the valley. Good starter with an excellent omelette and excellent lard. Excellent bagoss risotto and not least the pasta with pestom (tomato and salami). Another really good dish worth trying is the wild boar with polenta. To finish we ate the meringue. The best meringue pie I've ever eaten made with spumiglie, cream and a layer of zabaglione ice cream. Served with a zabaglione cream. Terrific dessert. Truly congratulations to Mrs. Loretta. I recommend it to try
12/01/2025: We had lunch, booking almost at the last minute and finding availability. Welcoming and helpful staff. The dishes were of good quality (with portions that were not too large, but it must be said that they asked me if I wanted more meat after finishing the dish). The dessert we had, eggnog cream, was also good. Excellent location, you have an excellent view of the city of Brescia. Overall, the price was very fair for the quality of the food and the location. Maybe I would take care of the wine service. We will definitely be back.

31/12/2024: Una macchina da guerra, un posto da grandi numeri ma con un menù discreto. Servizio piuttosto veloce e prezzi nella media.
10/12/2024: Quando voglio stare bene e anche mangiare bene senza sbancare i miei risparmi, vengo qui, perché non solo si mangia molto bene, ma siccome ci piacciono le costine con la polenta questo è il posto giusto. Poi c'è Antonio il capobrigata. Antonio é la persona che vorresti incontrare ogni volta che vai in un ristorante. Perché mangiare bene lo puoi fare anche a casa tua, ma noi si esce per stare bene e lui è veramente magico. Detto questo oltre alle costine c'è il moscardino in umido con pane abbrustolito e poi il cesto con la focaccia e i grissini che fa chef Angelo, che sono un'estasi. Straconsigliato, anche perché il locale all'interno é molto bello.
