I went to pick up four piadinas to take out this evening. When I got home, I noticed that my piadina (the extraordinary one) was missing the arugula. I wanted to point out this, since customers who want an extra ingredient have to pay a surcharge, but in my case, nothing was taken away.

My wife and I come to the Piadineria in Bassano del Grappa quite often, and we find the staff very friendly and professional—perfect, I'd say—and the quality of the food is excellent. The only downside (and it's a real shame) is the front door, which, every time it's opened, slams shut so loudly that it shakes the walls and makes customers jump.
