If you have a sweet tooth like me, I recommend trying the roll, which is larger and has more filling than the piadina; the filling can be customized. The ingredients are good quality, and the service is fast and attentive.

The only saving grace for an excellent piadina when everything in the hospital is closed on Sundays... But even during the week, it's still the first choice.

I ate at the piadineria today. The food was delicious, but above all, the staff was excellent, consisting of many lovely young people. One in particular, I could see from the window, was working with care and love for the restaurant. Highly recommended, and the piadinas were truly excellent.
