THE LOCATION IS SEMI-EMPTY, SECOND TIME THAT I FIND A SALESMAN OR MANAGER IN THE LOCATION QUIETLY COUNTING THE COINS IN THE CASH DESK EVEN HAVING A CUSTOMER WAITING....!!!! Good experience, I ordered a piadina and I must say that the quality of the product was very good. Regarding the environment, the place is located a few steps from the station, so it is very convenient. The only flaw was the bathroom, as they only have one, so there was a fairly long waiting time to use it

31/10/2024: We lived in Varenna a few summers ago and this was our go-to place. Great food!! The owners are wonderful simpatico people who always made us feel like family. You can eat there or just buy groceries and produce. The place is really cute. They carry a lot of organic and gourmet products, so if you are doing your own cooking, this is the place to go for the best of everything. We would love to come back again!
11/10/2024: We ate a delicious caprese panini here, so stuffed and yummy

31/12/2024: The owner was really very hospitable and kind, so much so that he kept the place open on 12/30 and hosted us for lunch, We ate very well, the place is rustic and old style, there is a 10m walk to do but it's better that this way you burn some fat and arrive at the tavern with an appetite! I recommend leaving your car in the car park near the former restaurant.
15/12/2024: Excellent, plentiful and of quality at a more than honest price, very friendly environment, incredible selection of wines
