Excellent as always. It's important that the company sources top-quality food, preferably Italian and local. Ideally, it would embrace a policy of organic and locally sourced food. For me, it's already making a difference compared to other chains of its kind. But a further leap in quality would elevate it to a distinctive brand of Italian quality at the highest level.

Excellent piadina, it definitely deserves all the stars, the only shame is that the tables near the entrance are exposed to the cold every time they open.

Friendly and quick staff, smooth service even when it's busy, and short wait times. Neat and clean, perfect for a quick but well-made lunch. I always come back and recommend it.
