Maremá's piadina shop offers a wide variety of piadinas, salads, and other delicacies. But the real highlight is the staff. Courteous, professional, and patient. They provide customer support when needed, in the best possible way. They're quick to take orders, depending on the customer's needs, and to fulfill them. The kitchen staff are professional, kind, and attentive. Kudos to the staff. The ambiance isn't particularly impressive; it's a given, considering it's located in a shopping center. But if you don't want to eat in, you can take out or have it delivered.

The food is good. The sales staff are excellent at solving any problems with the promotions.

My wife and I stopped at the piadineria to try a salad, which I have to say was very good, as were the fries we shared. The only downside is that when you need to pick up piadinas or other items, you have to go through a small, rather inconvenient window, and for drinks, you have to go through the counter. Honestly, I find this a rather inconvenient option.
