26/01/2026: A wonderful surprise. The meat menu was simply incredible: intense, balanced dishes, meticulously crafted, where the technique is evident and refined. Each course had its own identity, elegant and decisive at the same time. Chef Mattia Borroni's cuisine is top-notch: contemporary, confident, and profound. A cuisine that can compete with the finest restaurants and truly leaves its mark. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, and the overall experience is memorable. 09/01/2026: Menu Earth. The ending is emotional. It brings tears to your eyes... of joy. Chocolate Bonet, truffle ice cream, and zabaglione. This alone is worth the price of the movie ticket 🎟
