The service was fast, friendly and the staff are interested in helping you make the right choice, not pushing to sell you what you don't need. We had really superb farinata: the plain and the onion versions with stracchino and with gorgonzola on the side. It was so good that we bought loads to bring home with us too! Thoroughly recommended and we'll be back the next time we're in La Spezia.

To all the non-Spezzini... If you're passing through, it would be a crime not to try the pizza and farinata at the legendary Pia!

The farinata and pizza are excellent, just like they used to be. I returned after 30 years and found the same flavor. Absolutely amazing.

What a fantastic discovery! This restaurant truly surprised me with its simple, family-friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating to my limited language skills 😁 Simple yet generous meals in a wonderful setting, and incredibly reasonable prices these days! A real gem of a restaurant, the kind we wish we could find more often, and one I won't soon forget.

15/12/2025: The pizza is very good (typical Neapolitan). The only downside is the wait time: for two nearly full dining rooms at 8:00 PM on a Saturday before Christmas, there was only one person serving tables (!!!), and that's just not right.
