La Petronilla In Arzachena

As soon as the owner said that they only serve water, beer or wine I knew I had come to the right place. Ignore the negative reviews, this place is perfect. Great food and you feel like you are sat in someone’s home. The restaurant is welcoming, warm and cosy. The food is comforting and the portions are very generous. It tastes like a family run restaurant and feels more authentic than many of the other restaurants that we have visited on the island. As a side note there is a great view from the car park.

Gorgeous little family-run restaurant just around the corner from the overpriced, under serviced offerings in Porto Cervo. Nonna cooks while her husband and grandson serve. The food is home cooked and traditional Italian Fayre. Not flashy, just honest. We had the window table with a lovely view of the marina.

I had the most fabulous experience in this family owner restaurant. My food was fantastic and it’s so funny that I discovered this restaurant by my olfactory sense, I passed by and the smell of the food was just mind blowing, so fresh, and so Good. Definitely my favorite restaurant in Sardinia.

The owner and his nephew create a great atmosphere and give amazing service. They were really nice and kind and it’s so refreshing to see a family owned restaurant in Porto Cervo. The food was fine but did not match the price tag in my opinion, we still payed around 90 euros per person. I would recommend this restaurant if you want something more traditional in terms of atmosphere but don’t expect too much from the food.

You can breathe the history of the Costa Smeralda in Signor Massimo's restaurant. Small but charming place in one of the first buildings in Porto Cervo, with excellent cuisine and welcoming service. 🔝🥂🍽️👩🏽‍🍳😋🍝 We recommend it.

What a beautiful restaurant. A hidden gem in Porto Cervo, about 5 minutes walk up the road from the overpriced other restaurants. Our server, a nice gentleman, took our order and even gave us a taste of homemade liverpaste. Accompanied with our meal we had a bottle of La Patronilla’s own red wine, and it was amazing. This became my fathers favourite place after the first bite, and we appreciate the unerving effort of keeping up with old traditions. If you have the chance of eating here, don’t miss it. It was an experience very few places offer. Thank you for a lovely meal and great hospitality.
