Ottimo ristorante. In questo luogo allevano anche trote e di conseguenza molto del menù è composto proprio da questo pesce. Fantastiche le trofie burrata, trota e tartufo. Ottimo lo speck di trota. Personale gentile e preparato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Situato nelle montagne parmensi, una vera scoperta! Ristorante basato su un Menù a base di trote, pescate in loco nella peschiera e cucinate a regola d'arte, si propone come un locale senza troppe pretese ma carino e suggestivo. Da non sottovalutare anche come opzione per fuggire dal caldo torrido cittadino, luogo fresco, tranquillo e rigenerante. Un antipasto, due primi, un secondo, acqua, vino e amaro, 22€ a testa, una cifra ormai utopica in qualsiasi locale di ristorazione. Ottima qualità, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile, insomma, assolutamente consigliabile, ce ne fossero di posti cosi!

01/04/2024: Luckily we found this bar which on Easter Monday allowed us to sit inside because two others, to whom we had previously asked, wanted to relegate us to having an aperitif in the outdoor area exposed to the wind and the crowd... the bar inside is It presents itself with a retro but not old-fashioned style, well-kept and despite the crowd it offered a quick and courteous service. The sprizza and the focacc stuffed with vegetables are excellent.

07/04/2024: Delightful bar in the Oltretorrente of Parma, the kindness of the owner makes this place a little gem, excellent breakfasts, good wine and quick lunches.
