The fish is all really good and cooked well, portions are just right for a first and second course.

I went here for a friend's birthday. We had some appetizers, both raw and cooked, which were very good and of excellent quality. I'm a fan of spaghetti allo scoglio, but in this case I wasn't thrilled; they were well-seasoned but not special. Interesting desserts. The place is located in an industrial area; parking outside is easy, but it's still quite isolated. There's no table service, but perhaps at least clearing the table would be appreciated. You order from a menu and then are called by your table name and collected, which isn't very convenient when the place is full. Overall, a good dinner, fair price.

Wonderful place, fresh fish, very welcoming atmosphere, we had a great time, you always need to book in advance better, perfect place to spend an evening in great company with friends, without spending too much.

We went for dinner for a birthday after trying the restaurant in Bareggio. The Rho location is informal, simple, and not very large, but clean and welcoming. The menu format is based on choosing appetizers and first courses from the paper tablecloth provided at the entrance, while second courses can be selected directly at the fish counter. The menu is varied and all seafood-based. The quality of the ingredients is very good. There is no table service; the only area that could be improved is the service (and kitchen), which is too chaotic and sometimes slow, making it practically impossible for everyone to eat together. Overall, a good experience; the prices are reasonable for what's offered, and there's parking available in front of the restaurant. I recommend booking.

L'area circostante lascia inizialmente un po' interdetti: nel pieno della zona industriale, dove però il parcheggio è libero e non manca mai, non ci si aspetta di certo di trovare un luogo ove gustare dell'ottimo pesce a prezzi più che onesti. L'ambiente non è il massimo, non tanto per gli arredi - è pur sempre una pescheria, mica si pretendono le tovaglie candide e le stoviglie d'argento - e nemmeno per il fatto che ci si debba servire da soli al bar/bancone del pesce, ma più che altro per la pessima acustica. Il locale è grande e molto frequentato, soprattutto da grandi tavolate, quindi vien da sé che di baccano ce ne sia parecchio. Va decisamente meglio se si ha la fortuna di essere accomodati nella sala più vicina all'ingresso, di solito riservata ai piccoli tavoli, dove si riesce a chiacchierare tranquillamente con un piacevole sottofondo di musica. Il pesce, come detto, è ottimo: meravigliosi i crudi, le tartare, gustosissimi i primi (scoglio e risotto su tutti). Questa volta non abbiamo avuto spazio per i secondi, ma rimedieremo presto. Consigliatissimo per una cena o pranzo informale.

Il pesce? Davvero ottimo. Freschissimo, cucinato in modo semplice ma perfetto per esaltare la qualità della materia prima. Si sente che arriva direttamente dal banco della pescheria: crudo, fritto o grigliato, tutto davvero di livello. Detto questo, il locale è estremamente spartano. I piatti si ordinano scrivendo su un foglio di carta, che poi diventa anche il “tovagliolo” e il “piatto” su cui si mangia. Niente posate vere, piatti di carta e nessun servizio al tavolo: ti alzi tu, vai a prendere quello che hai ordinato e ti arrangi. Quindi, se cercate un’esperienza comoda o curata nei dettagli, non fa per voi. Ma se volete mangiare del pesce freschissimo spendendo il giusto e senza fronzoli, allora Da Claudio è da provare.
