It's a deliberately spartan restaurant with basic service (for example, you fill out a form with what you want and hand it in, then they call you to the microphone when it's ready), but the fish and all the dishes we ate were exquisite. In short: it's not a place I'd take a woman on a first date, but for me, it's perfect for any other occasion.

It's a fishmonger's shop that cooks fish. I always go there when I'm in the area. The food is excellent and well-cooked, and the price is excellent, especially since there's no service; customers go and collect their food directly from the kitchen. The place is a bit noisy because they call out to the various customers with a megaphone. But it's always worth a visit for the super-fresh fish.

First things first: it's not a real restaurant, but more of a trattoria. The atmosphere is fisherman-style, with wooden tables and chairs. You serve yourself all you want with bread, drinks are collected at the counter, and dishes are served in the kitchen. It's a very nice idea for a dinner with friends, as the prices are very competitive despite the excellent quality of the fish, well-cooked, and truly exquisite! The raw fish and fried fish are noteworthy, but all the dishes that arrived were quickly gone, all delicious! The fish is of the highest quality, well-kept in temperature-controlled refrigerators. You can find everything at the counter, like at a good fishmonger. A very, very wide selection! We didn't take advantage of it, but you can get an aperitif for €10, which includes drinks and fish bruschetta. Excellent wines.

L'area circostante lascia inizialmente un po' interdetti: nel pieno della zona industriale, dove però il parcheggio è libero e non manca mai, non ci si aspetta di certo di trovare un luogo ove gustare dell'ottimo pesce a prezzi più che onesti. L'ambiente non è il massimo, non tanto per gli arredi - è pur sempre una pescheria, mica si pretendono le tovaglie candide e le stoviglie d'argento - e nemmeno per il fatto che ci si debba servire da soli al bar/bancone del pesce, ma più che altro per la pessima acustica. Il locale è grande e molto frequentato, soprattutto da grandi tavolate, quindi vien da sé che di baccano ce ne sia parecchio. Va decisamente meglio se si ha la fortuna di essere accomodati nella sala più vicina all'ingresso, di solito riservata ai piccoli tavoli, dove si riesce a chiacchierare tranquillamente con un piacevole sottofondo di musica. Il pesce, come detto, è ottimo: meravigliosi i crudi, le tartare, gustosissimi i primi (scoglio e risotto su tutti). Questa volta non abbiamo avuto spazio per i secondi, ma rimedieremo presto. Consigliatissimo per una cena o pranzo informale.
