Nice and welcoming place, good service and kind and very friendly staff. Regarding the food, everything was excellent, in particular the calamari with mandarin, the crispy duck with herbs and the really excellent soy vermicelli with meat. I will go back with some friends to let them discover these dishes!

مطعم صيني يستحق التجربة The owner from Malaysia was so kind and nice, very welcoming as well, the food was very delicious, it’s one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area, we highly recommend.

Cibo buonissimo, personale gentile, locale pulito e accogliente. Purtroppo il servizio è un po' lento, le porzioni per molti piatti sono minime e i prezzi sono elevati.

Il cibo è come sempre ottimo. Il servizio per l'ultimo dell'anno è stato un po' scadente, ma conoscendo il locale ci sarà stato qualche problema legato al personale (malattie, assenze...). In altri momenti è ottimo ed il Sig. LAO è sempre sul pezzo. L'ambiente caratteristico, accoglie parecchie persone ma permette, se desiderato anche una certa discrezione. I prezzi sono un po' cari.

L'ultima cosa che avrei pensato di fare nella vita, era andare a cena in un ristorante cino-malese, sul lago di Lugano, ma una volta visto il cartello lungo la strada non ho potuto resistere ed ho subito chiamato per prenotare un tavolo a La Perla d'Oriente. Il ristorante non ha deluso le mie aspettative; il proprietario, malese d'origine, è molto cordiale ed accogliente, il cibo è veramente buonissimo. Nei piatti ho ritrovato i sapori delle mie cene a Penang, una gioia. Unica piccola pecca il tempo di attesa, era sabato sera ed alle 20.30 il locale era pieno, ma il proprietario non ha mancato una volta di scusarsi per la tempistica. Ci tornerei sicuramente!!!

22/03/2024: It's not the usual 3000,000m2 place with tablets for ordering and 2000 seats. The order is taken by the waiter and the Pitti arrive after the right time, therefore waiting a bit. Dishes prepared at the moment and not ready in the fridge to be seasoned... kind and polite, they brought me back to the dimension of a quality AYCE lunch. Usual price but top service and quality.

27/02/2024: Potentially a 5 star venue but due to several absolutely negative aspects I would have had to give 0 stars. I gave 3 stars because the food is good and the environment is fairly welcoming but the positive aspects end there. Now the painful notes. First of all the rudeness of the owner: she leaves you waiting too long, when you ask her for example. He doesn't bring wasabi and treated us with little courtesy and disdain. We didn't even like the gratuitous rudeness he also showed towards the waiters, who in our opinion are the ones who most deserved praise in the place. The food is good but compared to some time ago, for lunch, the possibility of ordering at least the most basic sashimi several times has been removed, now there are only some dishes that can be ordered only once. Even though there are many free ones, it doesn't allow you to eat in the "privé" stations. Finally, the place is cold and not the best when having lunch.
