A decent neighborhood restaurant. Service was polite and prompt, prices were unheard of, but the quality was home-cooked (everyday, not festive). On a Saturday night, it was packed with locals, but they served very quickly.

Excellent trattoria with a generous set menu and a truly competitive price. I had a first course, a second course, a side dish, and a coffee plus half a glass of water for 10 euros...fantastic.

Antica trattoria Rosso Di Brera

12/01/2026: A typically Milanese restaurant in Brera, although a bit touristy like all the other restaurants on Via Brera and nearby. There's plenty of outdoor space, and the heaters are a plus, as it's freezing in the winter. I'd been there years ago and remembered a delicious appetizer of crostini with raw sausage, which I happily tried again. Then I ordered a simple beef tartare with mustard and onion. My companions ordered risotto alla Milanese and pasta. We quite enjoyed it.
07/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve with a superb menu.

01/01/2026: The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, the staff are helpful, and the price is quite affordable — definitely worth trying.
25/12/2025: Food selection is a lot for buffet especially they do the fresh cook, grill for your choice
