Delicious appetizer mix of cured meats and cheeses. We also had a trio of pasta dishes: fettuccine, gnocchi, and radiologi. Everything was delicious. The grilled meat main courses were also excellent. Excellent value.

We had lunch at this place for the second time after a while and the second time it wasn't good, the ideas of a simple home cooking are good but maybe the staff is not enough to manage the place at full speed when it's full. It's a shame because outside there is a beautiful pebble garden covered by a beautiful that gives a bit of shade and everything is very pleasant. Speaking of the food as I said I was disappointed because everything was bland from the first to the second. This means that those who cook don't taste (it's not done) the handmade pasta you can feel it you can see it. The meat is good and tender even the cured meats and cheeses I think are local. (I hope given where we are) I recommend continuing to keep a simple menu but to be more careful because the place has potential. I don't feel like recommending it. But try it at least once to understand Advice for chefs and waiters. Order, cleanliness and attention

A fixed point in Tagliacozzo. With good weather you can definitely be outside. Barbara and Emanuele are the real hosts. Well-made dishes with local products. Worth a try.

21/07/2025: We stopped here on Sunday evening on our way back from Pescara to Rome. The restaurant is large, spacious, and well-kept. The open meat counter is certainly a visual delight. We wanted a good steak, but instead they offered us an EXCEPTIONAL one. The owner (I believe) explained and showed us the differences between the various cuts and gave us the best recommendations. The meat was tender, juicy, and fatty, just as we wanted, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. The service is on par with the food; the two ladies in the dining room were excellent and very kind. My only regret is that I wasn't able to thank them as much as I would have liked, but we'll definitely be back and make up for it. The platter was also very good and well-stocked, and the fries were unforgettable. House red wine and dessert to finish, and we finished on a high note, ready to continue our journey home. The value for money was definitely excellent; in Rome, you can only dream of a dinner like this with excellent meat. Well done everyone, we'll definitely be back :)
