A fantastic experience. Heinz Beck himself came out and took time for each guest. The food was unique and excellent. The only thing that bothered us was that some people, despite the strict dress code, still came in colorful socks and sneakers, or didn't even wear a jacket. Otherwise, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The view was stunning, and the service was phenomenal. The water menu was also a fun feature, and it was enjoyable to try water from different regions. The only thing we didn't like about the meal was the dessert. It was too much and too sweet.

A perfect birthday night! Thank you to the chef and service team for the delicious food and exquisite service.
We ordered the 10-course set menu. The fish was incredibly delicious, and the beef was skillfully cooked—not too oily, yet melt-in-your-mouth tender.
The most memorable dish was the raw shrimp; the subtle charcoal grilling flavor and the sauce were perfectly balanced.
As someone who doesn't like peas, I was amazed that the chef could transform them into something I loved.
The panoramic view of Rome was an added bonus.

Amazing view over Rome from the terrace.
We had the tasting menus consisting of 10 servings.
A nice glass of Charles Heidsick Rosé Reserve for the snacks and an excellent bottle of Corton-Charlemagne 2014 from Henri Boillot.
Food, service, atmosphere. Everything was amazing.

Exceptional! One of my favourite 3 Michelin ⭐️ experience in the world.
We loved every dish and the experience of 12 courses. Chef is a real genius and the interiors are amazing. It’s nice that he comes to cook a course in front of you and presents the technology behind it.

First time experience in a 3 star. Daunted when a water menu was offered. I mean, wine list I understand, but water menu? 😅
Apart from that, service was impeccable. Even if you tried hard and nit picked, you probably would not be able to find anything wrong with their standard of service.
Food was, simple amazing. From house baked breads to every single dish in the 10course menu, was perfect, flavours were profound. The red prawns, were, to die for.
Every single staff was spot on, every single dish was amazing.
Definitely the place for a special night or celebration.
Oh, and the views on the terrace 😱
