Tasting menu with ingredients all over interesting places in italy. Very good food but not mindblowing. Good enough to order addtional ala carte after a 10 course tasting menu. Great wine service as they do wine by glass from the bottles of your choice. Service is also top notch. With a spectacular view of the city. All in all a wonderful experience worthy of 3 stars

Ok so this is a very “safe” menu. We had the 10 course (in reality there’s more than 10 dishes more like 14 and one of the dessert dishes is a tower of 12 different candies) Everything tastes good and there is no experimental dishes, don’t expect something like the Alchemist in Denmark. The service is absolutely remarkable, a lot of attention to detail. This place really shines when it comes to service the food is very good but there isn’t anything new for someone that frequents these types of establishments often. Every bit of criticism is taken very seriously and very well. At one point Heinz Beck came out of the kitchen and approached us to ask if everything was good and if there was anything wrong, the restaurant is very receptive to criticism and they do their very best to make sure you have a perfect experience. If you want a well done Italian menu without too much experimentation and world class service this place is for you.

We spent New Year's Eve 2025 in this wonderful "three-starred" restaurant which is located on the ninth floor of the Cavalieri Hilton hotel and which offers a breathtaking view of Rome. It is not easy to find the words to describe this wonderful experience. We were greeted in a super friendly and warm way and shown to our table. The place has recently been renovated. Preparation of the rooms, colours, lighting, everything is impeccable, everything is perfect, we feel really good here! The kitchen offered us original and delicious dishes, dishes in which, although the preparations were creative and complex, the aroma and flavor of the main ingredient were always found. Poetry. And what about the Chef? We had the honor of having him at the table where he prepared the entrée for us. Heinz Beck was present throughout the evening, personally making sure of the well-being of his guests and at midnight he celebrated with all of us... so, in addition to being the chef he is, he is super nice and company. We hope to return soon! Highly recommended! ❤️

La Pergola is an excellence in catering: dishes, service and location are absolutely unique. A view of the eternal city is the magical setting of an unrepeatable experience. Chef Heinz Beck, with his mastery, creates exclusive and innovative dishes with a decidedly dreamy mix of textures and flavours. A real experience that bears the signature of chef Heinz Beck who wrote the history of gourmet cuisine in Italy. I highly recommend it!

Incredible experience, worthy of three Michelin stars. Exceptional food, extensive wine list from all locations, impeccable service, all the professionals were very attentive. The chef is very friendly, goes from table to table to find out how the experience was.

Imagine yourself there in the summer on the terrace while the sun goes out and eternal Rome slowly lights up at your feet. Imagine strong flavours, never-to-be-obvious delicacies and unlikely consistencies. Imagine starting your dinner in the cellar and for Bacco what a cellar. Ricordavo un’altra “Pergola “, la nuova atmosfera non incontra i miei gusti , non trasmette calore, non ho apprezzato di non poter scegliere il menù perché più di 4 persone … rimasti sorpresi del costo di un bicchiere di champagne per aperitivo , personale non attento abbastanza . Menu buono ma non indimenticabile . Non credo che ci tornerò !
