It's the best restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. Completely Italian, it's absolutely worth the price and its stars. Visually, it's on par with a restaurant in Munich. I can only say I'm proud of the employees and proud to be Italian if represented like this. I'll definitely be back and introduce my family to this restaurant too. The best €700 I've ever spent in my life.

A more than pleasant experience, everything was perfect and well-balanced, and the three Michelin stars are well-deserved! As for the price, it goes without saying that this is a sore point for those who go to these high-class establishments, even though it's still haute cuisine with a panoramic view of the Eternal City.

The food was exceptional in every sense of the word — innovative, beautifully crafted, and full of surprising yet harmonious flavours. Chef Heinz Beck is a true artist, and every dish on the menu is a testament to his extraordinary talent and creativity. What made it even more special is that Chef Beck personally visits every table during the evening to greet his guests — a wonderfully warm touch that shows just how much he values the experience of each and every diner. What also stood out was how seamlessly his entire team worked together. The service was impeccably smooth and well-coordinated from start to finish, making the whole experience feel effortless and deeply personal at the same time. As we were celebrating a special occasion, the restaurant went above and beyond to make the evening even more memorable — at the end of the dinner, they took a photo of us and had it printed and developed on the spot, presenting it to us as a keepsake to take home. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that perfectly rounded off a truly unforgettable evening. La Pergola's three Michelin stars are more than well deserved. If you ever have the opportunity to dine here, do not hesitate — it is an experience that will stay with you forever.

It feels more like a performance, where you don’t just eat, you experience something that engages all the senses. Every member of the staff plays a role, and each dish feels like part of a carefully written script. This time we ordered à la carte — two courses and a dessert — but from the moment we arrived, we were served dozens of additional creations. In the end, the experience lasted around three hours and felt like a complete journey. We got our reservation through the waiting list, and honestly, we hadn’t planned to come to Rome with elegant attire. Despite my initial hesitation about the dress code, I was treated like a king from start to finish. They even kindly provided me with a jacket, and at no point did I feel out of place. Thank you for the exquisite experience last night! We opted for the 10-course spring 2026 tasting menu. A truly wonderful wine list; thank you to the sommelier for his recommendations. The service was exactly what you'd expect from a 3-Michelin-starred restaurant. The view of Rome from the restaurant is also magnificent. Perfetto, grazie mille!

I was invited to my 50th birthday. Don't talk about the money, talk about the experience..... i guess it costs more than somebody earned a month, but it was sincerly once in a lifetime experience for each who love food and wine. The chefs menu was a journey of taste with excellent wine recommandations. The kitchen and service work together with a brilliant result for me as guest. 🫶🫶🫶 This was a new level 👍👍👍 We thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Luxury dining experience with an amazing view, but definitely on the expensive side.

The food is ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL!!! The food is so good and leaves you feeling good, it’s like chemistry. The atmosphere is great and the service is just phenomenal. Shoutout to Andrea, Lorenzo, Fredorico and Valeria as they were great hosts. The restaurant is a gastronomical pinnacle! We got to meet the mastermind Heinz Beck and he was super nice and friendly.
