Yesterday we had dinner at this restaurant, there were six of us and we had two platters with fried gnocchi, two seafood risottos, two seafood scialatielli, two pizzas, a spaghetti with clams and dessert. The spaghetti with clams was very salty so we sent it back, the platters of appetizers were very poor with few fried gnocchi. The most disappointing note: 1 L of wine on tap €16, an exaggerated price. Overall some dishes were good, but the final bill was too salty for the quality and quantity of the food we ate.

quando veniamo a Cabiate, di solito un paio di volte all'anno, ci fermiamo a pranzo in qualche locale del posto. è la seconda volta che veniamo qui, e ci torneremo ancora. oltre a mangiare benone, oggi il gran fritto misto era squisito, ci piace l'atmosfera e la cortesia dei gestori. a mio marito che non cammina è stato riservato un trattamento di grandissima gentilezza.

Excellent evening at this place, the room was beautiful and characteristic, with adequate space between the various tables, even though it was a Tuesday evening, there were several tables occupied, the room was not noisy.
Trained, kind and smiling staff.
We ate fish starters and mixed fried foods, excellent in terms of freshness, raw materials and cooking, we also saw the pizzas and we will certainly try those next time.
Adequate price, not expensive for what we ate and drank.

I come to this restaurant frequently and the food is very good.
Business menu including good wine on tap and coffee for €12. Truly everything is always good and satisfying.
Extra menu dishes available.
Informal, fast and friendly service.
Clean bathroom, impeccable table.
Also pizzeria.
Very kind and always smiling staff.
Very honest prices.
Also worth trying in the evening.
