We were absolutely thrilled with our visit! From the outside, the restaurant initially appears rather unassuming, but as soon as you step into the cozy cellar, you're pleasantly surprised – a wonderful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The food was simply fantastic – everything was fresh, incredibly delicious, and prepared with so much love. You can immediately tell that quality and passion play a major role here. A very special thank you goes to Samuele and his family: The warmth and hospitality of the entire team are truly exceptional. You don't feel like a guest, but almost like part of the family. During our week in Rome, we went there three times – and that really says it all. Each time was a highlight, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

I chose this place for lunch after a job interview near Porta Maggiore, and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is very simple, almost spartan, with basic furnishings and no frills, but that's precisely what makes it authentic and homey. It's clearly family-run, and you can immediately sense a welcoming and genuine atmosphere. The service was impeccable: attentive, kind, and always available, without being intrusive. As for the food, it's really hard to find fault. I had a simply spectacular carbonara: just the right amount of creaminess, flavorful, and well-balanced. The mixed fried fish was also excellent, crispy and light, made with fresh, carefully prepared ingredients. The portions are decidedly generous, which is always appreciated. The prices are absolutely reasonable, in fact, very fair considering the quality and quantity. A no-frills place with plenty of substance: if you're looking for authentic Roman cuisine and a warm welcome, this place is a safe bet.

Excellent experience! From the start, we were very well received, with extremely attentive service — they even noticed we were Brazilian and did everything possible to facilitate communication. The kitchen has a family atmosphere, with that homemade touch that conveys authenticity. The dishes were delicious, with high-quality ingredients and very generous portions. Everything arrived quickly at the table and with a simply wonderful flavor. The waiters were impeccable throughout the experience, always cordial and efficient. It is also worth highlighting the friendliness of the kitchen staff, who clearly demonstrate knowledge and passion for what they do. A place with the true essence of authentic Italian cuisine, combined with exceptional service and fantastic value for money. We would definitely return!

I went there after seeing the Google reviews... The owner's son was so incredibly kind and explained the menu to us. He even recommended a delicious wine that he said was one of his favorites, and we ended up eating and drinking like crazy. While in Rome, I went to a few restaurants that were supposed to be good, but honestly, they were just so-so. However, my wife and I were absolutely amazed while eating the carbonara here. Seriously... The lamb steak was also delicious, and it was truly the perfect last dinner in Rome... If you go, make sure to find that guy, ask him a few questions, and have a great time. I highly recommend it! The son was kind in the morning, and the waiter was also sweetly friendly... It was absolutely amazing.

Excellent place! I ordered the gnocchi with eggplant, they were spectacular. The service was very good, they spoke to us in Spanish, everyone was very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I was there on April 2nd. It was my first time here. The waiters were courteous, even though my Italian wasn't very good. The carbonara was delicious, the best I've ever had. The tiramisu was also very good. Next time I'm in Rome, I'll definitely go back. Thank you! From a Japanese tourist.
