If I could, I'd give 10 stars for every review. The pastry shop is excellent, their ricotta cake is absolutely one of my favorites, and the Sacher torte is oh my.
As for the hotel, I don't understand the 3 stars, given that it's a place with every comfort: wonderful rooms, a lovely spa, and amazing breakfasts and snacks. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and the courtesy of the staff is paramount. Diego, the guy at the front desk, makes you feel at home, pampering you and taking care of your every need.
I'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we loved it! The hotel was at a good location and the views from the room are beautiful. The hotel and room are very very clean and well designed, and the staff are so polite and helpful. The free breakfast and afternoon snacks were perfect for sweet and savoury meals, and the pastries were amazing!! It was a good base, we even rented e bikes from the hotel and used them to explore the area. Would recommend highly!

Beautifully designed hotel with a wonderful atmosphere.
The staff was kind, welcoming, and informative (special thanks to Diego and Camila!).
The rooms are stylish and well-equipped, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
A fantastic experience – we’d love to come back :)
Don’t miss a visit to the deli next door – it’s definitely worth it!

Very pleasant and quiet hotel. The decor and views are beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. They also have an excellent bakery and pastry shop, and between 3 and 6 pm, they serve a free afternoon snack for guests in a very cozy little lounge. Everything was delicious!
We felt very comfortable. Thank you for our stay.

We were so disappointed when we had to cancel our reservation due to a landslide on the highway between Cortina and the hotel. Our planned activities for the next few days were north of the hotel and the detour was over an hour each way. The hotel was very kind and helped us with our cancellation. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely book another stay. This location would be excellent for the 2026 Olympics.
